Situated in the serene Town of Prominence North neighborhood, this beautiful beach retreat is the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. This Paradise retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. A brand new golf cart will be arriving March 5th for guests to enjoy even easier access around the area.



The Space:

Paradise in Prominence and find a luxurious retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a private bath, while the two guest rooms offer a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, respectively. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home ensures ample space for families and groups. Each room is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, including stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.



Take advantage of parking for two vehicles, including one space in the covered garage, and enjoy being steps away from the resort-style pool!

The Neighborhood:

Prominence on 30A wants to be a prominent part of your next vacation getaway! Prominence has a large community pool with arching fountains, zero entry for the little ones, and lush palm trees for that tropical feel. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal at the large summer kitchen by the pool



This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, just walk across the street to The Big Chill --which is the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful Scenic Highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more! Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.
