Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

This beautiful, recently updated, Gulf front rental is truly a coastal oasis sure to impress! This rental offers a well-appointed kitchen, open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking beach views, which makes it the perfect place to wind down after a day in the sun. The living room features tile floors with a brand new leather, reclining sofa and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been renovated with new counter tops, backsplash, and large, updated Stainless Steel appliances. The bedroom offers woodlook flooring, a king size bed, flat screen tv, and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has also been renovated with new countertops and a large, amazing walk in shower! The private balcony has plenty of seating and privacy. The best part of all is the floor to ceiling glass windows that are in both the bedroom and the living room. There's no bad view in the whole unit!!

The resort offers hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and grilling area for you to enjoy.

What's nearby:

Only steps away via the direct beach access, you will find parasailing, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, shore fishing and much more. Less than one mile away, you will find some of the best family-friendly attractions in the area such as Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Pineapple Willie's. You can find the St. Andrews State Park five miles southeast, which can provide entertainment to every member of your family.

This was our second time at this condo. It’s a great place but we were a bit disappointed with all the construction taking place. Although, to be fair, we were warned. However, we were told only 12 days before our trip. We did receive a discount.

Loved the condo, especially being on the 2nd floor. Balcony was great but the patio doors were very hard to open. Condo was clean and very “ beachy”. Even the silverware had palm trees on them! Bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing! Liked being on Panama City Beach’s east end away from the congestion. Wonderful vacation!

First, the view was nice. Easy access to the beach and the parking lot and the small pool full of kids. Second, there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Only two trash bags. Come on folks, it’s a condo that we were staying in. This we were eating in and treating like home. Third, the bed was comfortable and the AC took a little bit to get a nice temp going but once it got there it held pretty good. Water pressure was a little low but not bad. Shower was nice and big. Shower curtain did have a smell to it. I left an air fresher in there and some toilet paper. Lastly, on our second day I asked for a mop to clean the floors as they were turning our feet and socks black. Yes that is correct, Black. They brought me the mop, bucket, and cleaning soap. Why would they not have cleaned them better in the first place? The sliding door was so hard to open and close I called about it and some salty guy came over and said “It’s Florida, every thing either rust or rots in Florida.” Needless to say he did nothing. Take it for what it’s worth. Not a bad place if you like congestion. Pineapple Willie’s had gun shots one night while we were there. Everyone packs in around the main pool near the bar which was uncomfortable. To many people on the beach there at Pineapples. Can’t see the ocean for all the damn tents in front. (Not the condo owners fault though. City council issue.)But the sun was hot and sand was plentiful. And the resort staff was some nice people.

Great location

Great unit for a couple. Very clean and roomy. The tile shower was nice. The views of the beach from every room was amazing. Access to the beach was easy and not along walk. The pool areas were nice and clean. There were bathrooms located on the ground floor of each tower. Very clean and the whole resort smelled clean throughout the whole week. Walking to stores, Wal mart and restaurants.

Nice location

Nice, but some suggestions

Between the two of us, my wife and I have been to PCB probably more than a dozen times. This unit was nice with a great view. Beach chairs were a real value. Bed very comfortable. Surprised to be advised that the toilet paper allotted (1 roll - we left 6 after buying our own) was based on the length of stay, along apparently with the paper towels and trash liners (1 each) Suggest maybe adding $10 to the rental and providing these basics. Also, washer lid should be repaired so it doesn't have to be slammed to work. This problem was mentioned in a June review. Still not fixed. Second floor location a plus. Nice pool and hot tub, Overall, compared to previous stays, unit was a solid 6-7 on a scale of 1-10.

Very satisfied

This condo is nice and looks just like the pictures. Very clean and decorated nicely. Recliner sofa and reclining chair in the living room were a plus View is amazing. Some items that I normally have to buy for the kitchen were provided. The owner personally came to make sure that the air conditioning was working properly when we checked in. We didnt even know there was a problem before. It was cool in the unit. She was very nice. She has provided instructions for the cable which was great because it works differently for different condos. Staff were very friendly. We will stay again. I

If only

Excellent property "if only" the property owners would invest in a smart TV and a hand held shower head, I would rate it a 10. I am somewhat handicapped and love the shower except the bench is a long way from the shower head. The TV is a little dated and somewhat confusing. Overall a great unit.

There was what appeared to be mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The washer was glitchy, you had to slam the lid to operate it. The host was aware of the problem with the washer. The space was small and did not have an upscale feel. I did like the access to the beach and the fact that the bedroom opened to the beach.

Last minute getaway

Perfect for 2, quite, clean and safe. Has all you need. Beach, pools, tiki bar and security. Everything in the condo is new/newer clean. Bed is so comfortable, couch is amazing and layout is perfect. Only a suggestion to make it even better, a hand held shower attachment. Other than that nothing to complain about. PS. Elevators clean and no wait.

Nice location, very clean condo. A little noisy at spring break. Second floor terrace which was good.Property's hot tub was cold and heated pool was not warm. Other than that the property was nice and condo was great. Wash/dryer a plus.
