This recently renovated condo features two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway. The kitchen is designed for convenience, whether you're preparing a fresh catch from the Gulf or simply packing a cooler for a day at the beach. You'll enjoy spending time on the balcony, whether sipping your morning coffee while listening to the palm trees sway or unwinding with a good book. The tasteful and updated decor creates an inviting atmosphere, making this the ideal backdrop for your next beach vacation.



The space:

✔ Bedrooms: Each bedroom offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with cable service

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

✔All guests and vehicles must be registered: The cost is $37.00 per reservation for guest and vehicle registration. You are not allowed to park more than two vehicles at the property.



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!
