- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love your furry friends, but unfortunately they are not able to join for this beach trip. This is not a pet friendly home.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
