Private Pool Pet Friendly

This home has a NEWLY REFINISHED private salt water pool and gazebo. We're pet friendly too! A NEW wrap around deck that has a grill, seating, and peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. Inside is an open layout, with a spacious sofa, big screen tv, and ping pong. Upstairs has an additional large lounge couch. Well equipped, updated kitchen for the home chef. Centrally located and steps to the beach. This home was designed with family and entertaining in mind.

Master, 1 bathroom, and large rec room are located on the first floor with the main entrance. The other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining and kitchen are upstairs with the large deck. Pool access is from the upstairs deck or through the master bedroom, that way guests can have privacy. Downstairs has board games, big screen tv, additional fridge, and ping pong. The dining room is upstairs off the kitchen and is a great place to gather. There is plenty of space to be all together or have kids and adults be able to visit separately. The backyard area has plenty of shaded space and the pool is up to 9ft deep. Both access points to the pool have gates for safety.

Guests have full access except the garage and 1 owner`s closet

We have a manager available from 9-6pm
In case of emergency you can reach out outside of those hours

Across the street from the beach. Restaurants include high end dining, local staples, bars and eateries with live music, and various other options. Shopping, amusement park rides, water park. Several year round farmers markets.

2 bikes provided. Scooter, golf cart, and slingshot rentals nearby. Driveway can park up to 6 cars

No smoking of any kind in the home
Plumbing is sensitive. Do not flush debris including feminine products and/or wipes down toilets or excessive toilet paper. They clog the toilet pump and an alarm will sound. You will be responsible for the cost of any plumbing issues.
NO climbing on the house or jumping into the pool from heights
Observe quiet hours or you will be removed from the property with NO refund
Security cameras are in use outside for safety
Please put all towels in the shower
Load and run the dishwasher
Take out all the trash, if the can is full, set beside
Remove all items from refrigerator
Failure to complete any of these items will result in a minimum additional cleaning charge of $100 or more
Entering the home prior to check in time and cleaner is still working, they will leave, you agree to check in with as is condition of cleanliness
No early check in unless specified with owner
The pool is cleaned twice weekly
