This two bedroom, three full bath condo is on the top floor of the tallest residence on Panama City Beach and sleeps eight. Two full bedrooms with private full baths and a king and queen size beds. Bunk beds for two people in middle foyer with full bath. Pull out couch in living room can accommodate two more people. Unparalleled view from the top floor gives you privacy and the serene sunset every night with the relaxing sound of the ocean waves coming up to the beach! Unit includes free Wi-Fi, free cable, walk-out balcony facing beach, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator). Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven is included. Coffee and filters are not provided. Pantry for your groceries, silverware, plates, and glasses included. The unit also has a wide screen television in the living room, TV by the bunk beds, and TV's in each bedroom. Washer/dryer in unit. The unit is also beach-themed decorated, in great condition, and immaculate!

The location is on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1/3 mile from family-friendly Pier Park, owned by Simon Property Group, boasting great restaurants, outdoor retail, festivals and concerts, and a Target with a pharmacy. Condo is also one mile from Wal-Mart as well as many restaurants. Directly across the street from condo is a Marco's Pizza, McDonald's and Arby's.
Amenities include 24 hour on-site security guards. Access to fitness center, café, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, game room and saunas. In peak season there are two outdoor pools, a Tiki bar, coffee/sundry store, and a movie theater for your use. Covered parking garage across the street with above-the-street walkway included.
