Beautiful condo didn’t want to leave. Everything was good except for the beach chairs they were available at 8:00am which was good but by 4:00pm they were put away. It would have made sense if they were available from 10:00am till 6:00pm when most of the guests were using them. Also the master bedroom bed was horrible couldn’t get a good night sleep not sure what was wrong….couldn’t move, very uncomfortable almost felt to musky very strange.

Greatly decorated, very clean, ample towels and personal accessories smell really good as did the linens. Amazing view and furniture on the balcony.Only downside I would say is I wish there were beach chairs in the condo that were available as they take the free beach loungers up at 4pm

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is so very nice and the balcony and it's set up was the best. Beds are comfortable and everything worked. The only problem we had was figuring out how to find channels on the TV. Getting to the beach is hard for handicapped as there is no ramp however we did find a beach access beside condo to use. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Beach Escape

We had a wonderful vacation. Part due to having a beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings . Everything you could need was readily available. The beach is perfect. You feel secure at night when you are ready to rest. We have stayed at Palazzo since 2015. If you have an issue it will be handled ASAP. We can’t wait for another visit.

Condo exceeded expectations!

Palazzo 503 was a wonderful vacation condo! Breathtaking sweeping ocean views, clean with a very comfortable bed and living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and beach amenities exceeded expectations along with great location! Most important, the booking process was the best! I even called after hours and spoke to a live person who was professional, responsive and efficient (Thank you to Melissa and Christine). I highly recommend this booking agent and this condo. We had a wonderful time.

Weekend beach trip

We came to Panama City for a short weekend to celebrate our daughter’s engagement. Our stay at the Palazzo was very nice. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with the necessities. The balcony view of the gulf coast was beautiful and the chairs/umbrella included with the rental were much appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, well equipped unit

We stayed in this unit for a week with our children and my parents. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed — including tons of kitchen utensils and cookware. Our only issue was the internet constantly going out, which caused interruptions to the living room TV. It was not easy to access live programming either… but we didn’t go to the beach to sit in front of a screen! We would definitely stay at Palazzo again.

Amazing Condo and Property Management

Wonderful stay

The condo was simply lovely. Very comfortable, just as described. The property itself is very well maintained and secure. We loved our time together as a family. My family staying here was parents, myself and brother. Location is fantastic to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again. ( we’ve stayed at Palazzo before, love it )

First vacation with the grands

We vacationed with our daughter and son in law. First time to take our 2 year old granddaughter and 5 month old grandson to the beach. Everything was beautiful, the condo was so nice and the management was quick to respond to our concerns. We had a great week!

Great two weeks in Panama City Beach!

Arrived to a spotless condo with easy access and straightforward directions for garage access and front door. Location was excellent even with a little construction on Front Beach Road. Didn’t impact our building but hopefully they’ll be done the road work soon. Beach was spotless as well - cleanest sand and beachfront we’ve been at in quite some time. Highly recommend Palazzo 503 along with Melissa and her team! Thanks for a great vacation!
