Welcome to The Beach House! Under new local management as of November 2026, we’re excited to welcome guests and make this home a place you’ll want to return to year after year. With over 1,800 square feet across two floors, there’s plenty of room for families and larger groups to spread out while still enjoying time together. We especially love being on the east end of PCB, where local favorites like Captain Anderson’s (1.3 miles), Dat Cajun Place (1.5 miles), live music at Tootsie’s (2 miles), and boat rentals and tours with Adventures at Sea are all just minutes away. Spend your mornings walking to the beach, afternoons exploring Shell Island by boat, and evenings grabbing dinner at a local favorite!

The beach is less than a 4-minute walk from the house, with several easy access points nearby.



→ Beach Access 12 (0.2 miles): The closest and easiest beach access from the house!

→ Schooners Restaurant + Beach Bar (0.9 miles): Our go-to for great food and beachfront drinks, with volleyball and seasonal activities like jet ski rentals.

→ St. Andrews State Park (1.6 miles): A family favorite with jetties, a playground, parking, restrooms, and a boat launch.
