Age restriction required: At least TWO individuals staying will be required to provide identity of 25+ of age, no exceptions. This is a NON-smoking unit that is strictly enforced. Zero tolerance policy for “partying”, this is a family friendly unit.

The space
I designed my condo with comfort as my #1 priority. The layout of the condo is great for separate couples as the master bedroom and bath are on the opposite end to the second bedroom bunk area. The space does a great job of giving you separation feel at 1300 SQFT.
Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. I provide everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner and some!
Living Room has wonderful cozy feel with plenty of seating, enjoy a movie or ball game from the mounted 60-inch Smart TV with soundbar, for those Netflix movie nights! It’s also a great place to catch the sunset over the water from the comforts of the couch!
Master bedroom with an ocean view while lying in bed! The master is equipped with a king-sized plush bed, super soft sheets and a 50-inch SMART curved cinema TV for those, “watch a movie in bed type of nights!” – Warning - you may want to sleep in, it’s that comfortable! Did I mention, waking up to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico looking you in the face! The master bedroom has an attached Master Bath with a separate stand up shower & over sized tub big enough for two!
Second bedroom is well equipped with a queen-sized bed and a 42-inch Smart TV, tastefully decorated with the comfort of the guest in mind! This bedroom is facing the Lake side of the resort, out the window you’ll see water, who doesn’t love a water view??
Bunk area is two twin sized mattresses big enough for an adult but perfect for a child! Just because it’s a bunk area, doesn’t mean it’s not got a water view! Out the window you’ll see a direct view of the lake!
Over sized Porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, ample seating for everyone. Sun loungers, a super comfortable outdoor couch, and a table that seats 4 to enjoy those ocean view meals and cocktails!
