Long Beach August 2025-April 2026 SEE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which The includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. Beach access is limited to the Lagoon Pool area. Please consult with the property manager regarding pool closures during 2026.

PLEASE MESSAGE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION. WE RECEIVE UPDATES EVERY TWO WEEKS REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION, BEACH ACCESS AND POOL OPENINGS AND CLOSURES. THESE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MAY BE AFFECTED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS

During the entire month of MARCH alcohol is not allowed on the sandy beach. This a Panama City Beach Regulation. Alcohol is allowed at the pool areas during March. Typically beach access is restricted by the City of Panama City Beach from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the month of March.

This 2-bedroom condo is at the Long Beach Resort, located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor. Parking is in front of the tower. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 1 through October 31.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (6) pool bands in the condo.

Internet instructions, instructions on how to access your beach chairs and contact information are posted in the condo.

Luxurious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with complimentary beach chairs for two. This spectacular 2-bedroom condo is located on the 5th Floor of Tower 1 at the Long Beach Resort.

The condo has a wall of windows in bedrooms and living room/dining room area which capture the stunning Emerald Coast views. All guests have a spectacular Gulf view here! Access the over-sized balcony from either bedroom or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. The condo accommodates 6 guests with a king sized bed in the master and two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom.

The condo has been upgraded and remodeled with beautiful plank tile flooring throughout, new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances, new couches, accent chair and dining table and chairs. There is an electric fireplace in the living room area.

The primary suite is beautifully decorated with a luxurious coastal theme and has a king sized bed, spectacular walk-in shower, balcony access and large flat screen tv.

The guest room is beautifully decorated with two queen bends, a full bath with dual sinks and a garden tub/shower combination. The guest room also has access to the balcony and has a flat screen tv.

The balcony has a new highboy Polywood table and chairs with seating for 4 and two club chairs.

There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked There is a Keurig coffee maker in the condo and the condo has a separate ice maker located in the kitchen island. The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach with over 1700 lineal feet of beach frontage.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away.

At Barefoot Beach Rentals we work hard to keep our condos very clean and well maintained. This condo provides Wireless Internet access.

This a Non-smoking Condo, Pets are Not allowed, and Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean and just as pictured! The grounds were very clean, elevators were quick, and the check in process was extremely easy. The extra security measures were a plus as well. We never had to worry about our car or random people walking around. Tower 1 is located on the "busy" side of the complex, which is close to Pineapple Willie's and a public access. We knew this before we booked. We had no issue during our stay with excess noise, except on the first night when a large group of younger adults/older teens were being rowdy. This was broken up rather quickly by local beach patrol and PD. Our children enjoyed night beach walks and catching crabs. Our youngest enjoyed the pools and our oldest enjoyed virgin pina coladas from the poolside bar and fishing on the beach.All of the staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and worked diligently to keep everything clean and in working order.Close to "all the things" we were a close drive to St. Andrew's, shops, Walmart, and restaurants. The rental beach chairs were good. I believe their operation was from 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM.The balcony was utilized quit often to enjoy the ocean breeze. The tall chairs were worriesome with a younger child, but we simply moved them away from the railing and made rules to not use or stand on chairs that were on the railing side. Problem solved for us. Our first trip to PCB was a success and we cannot wait to stay again!

The condo was very nice.We really like the location. Its not teally a complaint but in other condoms they didn't allow tents and popups to be allowed to be put up in front of your chairs.I wish they were not able to do.that.Thats all.

Check in was a nightmare. I did not receive any communication about check in process so I began to reach out to the property owner about 2:30 on the day of check in. After multiple calls and voicemails and emails with no response we finally found a number on the condo door for her husband who answered and let us in. The condo was beautiful as described but dirty. We found clothing under the bed that did not belong to us and receipts in the floor from over a month ago. I would stay here again because it is a beautiful condo.

We have stayed at the Long Beach Resort several times and this by far was the best unit we've ever stayed in at this resort. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

Don’t go during spring break

100% loved the unit, beaches and everything PCB had to offer but it was not the safest time of year to go. There were 2 separate shootings while we were there. The unit was beautiful and my favorite amongst the hundreds I looked at.

Very nice unit!

The unit was what we were expecting. Clean and nicely decorated. Perfect size for the 4 of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed everything about our stay except we were pretty close to a very busy part of the beach. Also, a lot of rain and wind came in our first night and the windows were leaking quite a bit of water. Nothing came in on the floor but water was running along the sills.

Nice Place with Amazing Beachfront views

We enjoyed out stay at this Long Beach condo, it was nice and clean, plenty of space for a family of four. However, the Complex itself is old, run down and not well taken care of. The area is nice so if we came to this area again we would chose a condo a little further west for more beach privacy. This one is a short walk from the public area access near Pineapple Willy's so not a lot of privacy on the private beach area. We were able to walk about a 1/4 mile west and it was definitely much more relaxed. Also, the condo itself is only stocked with 1 of everything, soap, paper towel roll, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, so if you are staying for a week or more be prepared to buy what you need at Walmart. We had leftover stuff so we gave it to some other vacationers at the complex. Also, you must check out by 9am, found that out after we booked. All in all we enjoyed the condo because it was right on the beach, and it had 2 provided beach chairs and the balcony was perfect.

Fall Break

Our stay was great. The host answered with a quick response when the condo was missing a remote. The only thing I could possibly suggest which is no biggy is have more than 1 trash bag for the condo. Where I usually stay they usually have two or three at least. But like I said, that’s a easy fix overall, it was awesome.

Excellent location

We arrived to the condo around 8:30pm. The person at the gate was very friendly and helpful and the condo was easy to find. Upon entering, the place was adorable! Spacious and cute decor. However, after 20 min of our 1yr old walking on the floor, his feet were super dirty with dust and hair and sand. We contacted the host and she did reply that she actually mopped the floor herself but can come in the afternoon the next day and re-mop. Considering we had our little guy all over the place, we did it ourselves just to give him some cleaner space. The property has several pools which were great. The big pool was a big hit with the kids as it has several small waterfalls. The views of the ocean were beautiful, beach access was great. Parking was never an issue and nearby stores were easy to get to for all necessities. Cons- not too much pantry room for your own food items. Fridge is great but the cabinets are all filled besides the one above the microwave. Also, as we do realize that “Palmetto” bugs are common to the area, the dead ones should have been picked up. The following are just some observations- the shower door is missing a water strip near the bottom hinge so water was leaking onto the floor as you showered. The shower head could also benefit from being replaced. The 2nd bedroom toilet tank was constantly filling so we had to wiggle the handle to get it into the correct position. Many of the curtain rods used to pull the curtains open came off several times.

Complex is clean, good elevators, nice pools. Unit is decorated nice and furnishings are comfortable each bedroom has door for access to balcony, nice furniture on balcony, the kitchen is well stocked but no room in cabinets for groceries. However, we did have some issues. Toilets in both bathrooms run constantly. Washer would lock and we’d have to unplug and reset to get clothes out. Bottom rack on Dishwasher literally rolls out onto floor so be careful. The sliding door track is not working right. Had to call maintenance to get info on how to open it. Maintenance was supposed to come to look at it the weekend after we left. It’s extremely loud - lots of noise, partying coming from beach next door until 1-2 am If you research you will find this is a common problem. We seriously could not sleep it was so loud and we were on the 5th floor. I have video to prove. And we saw roaches 3 times. Property owner didn’t respond to email regarding this issue. Even sent picture.

Excellent Beach Experience

We had a great time, white sand and a great location. We had a excellent view of the beach and the room was great couldn't of asked for anything more only two complaints. The first one is very minor you are required to have a pool bracelet on in the pool area (not that anyone ever checked) but the issue is if any are lost your charged 20 each on the pool bands a couple of ours was older and one broke so hoping we don't see a charge on our card. The other is also minor but the property comes with 2 beach chairs or so it says well upon checking with the beach chair service we found out our condo owner did not renew that service and that was in fact why I booked that condo. Don't get me wrong we still loved everything and the property is amazing but with having my elderly parents with us it would of been easier for them to enjoy the beach without having to worry if they could get up or not lol

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Parking was perfect. Loved the balcony, very spacious & we even got to see dolphins right from our own balcony. Thanks for a great vacation.
