Welcome to No Bad Days. Custom build designed for families and groups. Enjoy this beautiful designer decorated home, with a private heated pool, just steps from the beach and peak-a-boo ocean views from multiple bedrooms.. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach and centrally located to 30A (10 minutes) and Pier Park (10 minutes). Six seater golf cart available to rent (subject to availability) for a fun drive down to the beach, Thomas Donuts, Pier Park, the famous Carousel and more.

This home sits on a corner lot with ample parking for multiple vehicles. (*Large gravel area on side of home for boat, jet ski's, trailer, etc. )

This incredible 6-bedroom, 6.5 bath beach house is the perfect vacation destination for you, your family, and your friends! All bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. This custom home comfortably accommodates up to 22 individuals! Your Brand New Vacation home also features a gorgeous private gunite pool (heat available for daily charge subject to availability) with tanning ledge ideal for kids and adults. The fenced in back yard has ample seating to enjoy a fun filled day in the sun.

The main floor of this home features the custom living room, with a 75" flat-screen Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen to accommodate all your cooking needs! Large dining room table with additional seating at the kitchen bar! The kitchen offers two refrigerators and ample countertop space.

Sleeping Arrangements include:

The bunk room on the first floor sleeps 8. Beds are Twin XL. (150lb Max per bed).

The upstairs Primary Master has a King bed with an en suite bathroom with both a walk in shower and soaking tub as well as pool views.

The upstairs secondary Master has a king bed with an en suite bathroom.

There is a third king bedroom upstairs with an en suite bathroom and views of the ocean.

Bedroom 5 upstairs has a King bed and a queen bunk above with ensuite bathroom and views of the ocean.

Bedroom 6 has two double beds with en suite bathroom and views of the pool below.

All bedrooms offer plenty of Space, Brand new top-of-the-line bedding and furniture.

This house is great and we will go back. Two refrigerators, two washers and dryers, wonderful pool with privacy, nice walk to the beach, and anything you could want is close by. We had a great week in this place with our whole family.

This house is great, so great that our group has stayed here 3 years in a row now! Clean, plenty of space, has a whole house sound system, pool area is fun, plenty of parking, and the beautiful beach (with sand volleyball courts) is just a short walk away! Host is super friendly and easy to communicate with!

Family vacation

We had a great time with our family at this wonderful location. The common space and 6 bedrooms were more than adequate for our group of 5 children and 9 adults. We especially loved having a table large enough for all of us to eat together. There was also plenty of available parking space. The beautiful pool provided fun and relaxing time for the entire family. We would highly recommend this property for a larger family.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation- we had plenty of room for everyone, loved the pool for the evenings, and the golf cart was a huge benefit! Even without the golf cart, beach access 80 and 81 were reasonably walkable. All the rooms were spacious, and honestly well insulated (we had a 5 month old traveling with us, so this was a great surprise). Thank you, Heather and family for a perfect beach getaway!

No bad days

The house was beautiful! We had a large group and never felt crowded! The pool was a hit for the kids. Each room having its own bathroom was great! The walk to the beach was very short. The golf cart was fun to have as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

I must say this house was stunning! The location was pretty great as well. The house is a short walk to the beach and if you’re not up for the sand, there’s a pool in the backyard. Heather was amazingly responsive! This is definitely a place. I would be willing to stay again.

Gorgeous house and great location

The house was a lot bigger than we anticipated. Highly recommend getting the golf cart. Great location, pool was awesome and lots of room around the pool. Each bedroom had a connected bathroom which was so nice. Host was so quick to respond and very kind. Loved this place!

Almost a 5 Star

This would have been a 5 star review except for the last night of our stay. We had a pretty sleepless night due to a faulty smoke detector in the garage. All detectors were alarming (not chirping...alarming) for several hours starting at about 1230 AM. Unable to reach the primary host by message or phone I called an alternate host number and requested a repairman be called to fix the problem. She said the repairman was an hour away so it would be some time before they could arrive if she could reach him. There wasn't a ladder on the property and all ceilings were at least 10 feet tall and impossible to reach standing in a chair. The host was able to reach the repairman and after several hours of the alarm he arrived. By this time I had determined that the probable issue was the smoke detector in the garage that had a red status light. The electrician removed that detector to disable the alarms. We were checking out that morning for the drive home so we virtually had no sleep at all that night. I requested a possible refund or discount for the last day due to this issue but the host denied the request being pretty unsympathetic to our issue.

Home away from home

We had a week of fun and sun with family and friends! House was spacious and accommodating for our family and friends. We enjoyed the pool and using the golf cart which made it easy to take chairs and beach items to the beach. House was in a great location! Host was easy to reach!

Amazing house and location

Wow, this house is large and beautiful and the beach is amazing and very low traffic area. House had everything my family looks for when booking for our family vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had 4 families and everyone had their own space plus lots of extra room for kids to play. The kitchen is large and spacious and stocked with 2 refrigerators. Beach is a short walk but would definitely rent the golf cart. It was great for a fast ride to Thomas donuts and Pier Park. The kids loved the pool. We did have a problem with fire ants while we were there. There is an empty lot next door and appears they were coming from empty lot. We sprayed pool deck off daily but ants just keep coming back.

Perfect setting in PCB

This house was just perfect for our group of 4 families, including 8 adults and 9 teenagers. The had 5 girls in bunk room on main floor and 4 guys in the upstairs double queen room. The other 4 four rooms had king beds so everyone could spread out and have their own space (and bathrooms). The kitchen and living room are one big room so we could all eat and talk and hang out together at meal times. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was kinda light on cooking implements but we had brought a ton of our own stuff (my husband really likes to cook). There’s only one dishwasher and oven, so we had to be a good planners for meal prep/cooking. But there are two refrigerators/freezer units so that was wonderful. Also two sets of washer/dryers, which was also very helpful. The beds were soft and comfy. A/C worked great. We loved the pool area. We did fight off some ants out there but hey- that’s just normal outdoor stuff. The golf cart was so helpful to get our stuff and people down to the beach- although it’s just like three blocks, so easily walkable too. It’s a very safe area. Kids enjoyed riding around in it in the evenings. Communication with the hosts was great. They were very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely pick this house again when we’re back in the area.

Family Vacation

House is beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone and close enough to the beach to walk. We rented the golf cart which made it easier to get “all our beach stuff” there. The grill that is provided is not gas, so you need to bring charcoal & lighter fluid. Overall we had an awesome week.

Takeover trip

We had a wonderful time. 10 of us stayed in the property everything was as advertised. We paid extra for the golf cart that was very convince and got us up and down the strip so we didn’t have to use the cars. The house is very spacious we never felt crowded. We plan to come back next year.

Spring Break

The house was in a great location, only a short walk to the beach and very close to both Panama City attractions and 30A! The house was set up very well and the pool/outdoor area was very nice! Great communication from the property managers, they were very helpful throughout the whole trip! Overall, an amazing trip and great rental property.

Beautiful vacation home!

First off, the house is beautiful. It is a new build and relatively close to everything. We got the golf cart, which made packing stuff to the beach a lot easier. There was 10 adults and 10 kids and we all had plenty of room. Never felt like we was all piled on top of each other. Had great communication with property management, they was quick to respond. The pool area was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our time staying in this vacation home. We had no complaints, but maybe a suggestion- there was a broom for us to use, but a mop would have came in handy( dry up after kids getting in and out of pool) and maybe an extra set of dish towels. I would definitely book this home again!!
