Ramsgate #6 is a Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo accommodating 4 guests, ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest Beach, near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Ramsgate Harbor 30A houses a 3-story, 9-unit building. Conveniently located on the 30A bike path, close to restaurants, spas, art galleries, and shops of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and The Hub. Enjoy easy access to bike and kayak rentals. The building features a spacious lawn for outdoor family games and a boardwalk for direct beach access.

Guests renting here have private beach access. The gate to the private beach is to the west of the property. Guests are encouraged to pre-arrange beach service prior to arrival. For Beach Chair rentals, contact Jake's Beach Service.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This condo directly faces the water! While unit #6 is located on the 2nd floor, there is NO elevator in this building. Guests will need to climb 1 flight of stairs.

Enjoy stunning Gulf views from the Kitchen, Living Room, and Private Balcony. Perfect for beach lovers, this property offers a dreamy coastal experience! Cable TV in Living Room, with 65-inch Smart TV. Smart TV in bedroom; streaming only. High-speed wireless internet and cable television are included. The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has seating for 4 at the island. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a well-lit vanity. A washer and dryer are provided in the condo. Our property has a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee machine plus coffee grinder.

Parking:

There are security arms at the entrance to the parking lot. Parking is unassigned. There are no golf carts of any kind allowed on this property.

Ramsgate Harbor 30A does not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.

Beach Access and Beach Service: Guests renting here have private beach access. The gate to the private beach is to the west of the property. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
