Great Property for a Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen and grill were perfect for family dinners in the evenings.An outdoor space would be nice. The only drawback was having to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the beach side for beach access. It's a very nice home and I highly recommend!

Anniversary getaway

The location is two blocks off where 98 meets 30A in a recently developing neighborhood. Short walk to beautiful beach. Peaceful, nicely landscaped area for sitting in backyard or walking the neighborhood. The house is exactly as shown and well designed. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds…everything we needed and more. We cooked several meals using the gas range as well as the outdoor gas grille. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

The only thing missing from this development is a swimming pool. The house has absolutely everything. Loved that the towels and wash cloths were so plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. We went straight down the street, crossed 98 and it took us right to the Inlet Beach access.. Less than a five minute car ride. The Beach was never over crowded. The little Town Square in Rosemary Beach was a stone throw away. A must visit!

The best trip ever

This property was stunning from the inside out. When we pulled up, the exterior was beautiful, clean, well groomed, and inviting. The inside truly shined with how beautiful and open the space is! Plenty of room for friends and family! There was so much storage and the closets were fabulous! Everything was very clean and very well taken care of. The property managers were also very accommodating and friendly! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Spring Break 2024 Vacation

Beach House was clean and layout and furnishings were first rate. Convenient location to Inlet Public beach and bikes came in handy to get to beach or around Rosemary Beach area. We liked that the home was pet-friendly and our dog felt right at home. We really liked the check-in/check-out screen inside by front door. The management quickly addressed questions such as getting bike lock codes for the 4 bikes at the property. The beach chairs were a nice touch and were comfortable. My son really loved the comfortable upstairs king sized mattress that we asked for brand and part number from management.

Beautiful and Comfortable!

Two baseball families shared this house while our boys played in a PCB World Series tournament. Loved the house and the location was perfect for getting out even with the heavy 4th of July traffic. The kids got great use out of the bikes and the house was very well equipped. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The bikes proved invaluable for day trips to the beach, where parking can be hard to come by in May. The place was pretty and clean. The manager was accommodating to bring us mail when my son mailed himself not one, but TWO video games! :) They were quick to teach us how to lock the door which is easy once you know the trick. No construction noise for us. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful brand new home, very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. It is close to the public beach but did not attempt to walk because it is necessary to cross a busy road with no traffic signals. There is also construction in the neighborhood and could be difficult to back out of driveway because worker's vehicles are parked along the narrow road.

Fantastic First Visit to Inlet Beach

We had a fantastic trip to Inlet Beach and we were so thrilled with the house! It was brand new, everything sparkled and was super clean. Our kids loved their rooms and kept telling us how cool they were! The beds were super comfortable and all areas were spacious, and we had more than enough room for the four of us. We enjoyed evenings in the living room watching a movie and the kitchen was easy to use for snacks and breakfast. It was so helpful to have the wagon and beach chairs provided (loved them!) and having the bikes on site made for a fun afternoon ride to Rosemary Beach. Location was great. There was some minor construction noise that we were made aware of prior to arrival, but it wasn’t intrusive at all. The builder even stopped by one afternoon in passing and asked how things were going. We couldn’t wait to share what a great visit we were having. Location and access to Inlet Beach was quick and easy, and we never had a difficult time finding a spot to park or sit at. We will definitely be back and are already planning our next trip. Thank you to the amazing hosts for making it so easy and such a great experience.
