This place was dirty the floors made your feet black. There was a pill found under my bed in the master room. The pull out couch was broken. There was a security guard on property who yelled at my disabled son with sensory issues because he was in the pool without a band she yelled and made him get out. He could not wear a band due to sensory issues and the guard made him feel very uncomfortable. After I left the homeowner accused me of breaking and stealing things in order to make an insurance claim for extra money. I have rented this place before and I'm a world traveler I take care of all the places I stay. I'm a dentist and don't need to steal from anyone. I did a walk through of the condo before leaving nothing was broken at all and we cleaned it up for them. I stayed here two years ago had a great experience. This time was horrible and we will not be back.

Beautiful condo with great views!

This condo was prefect for our stay! I was amazed at how well stocked it was-extra trash bags, extra dish detergent, etc. I usually take extras of things like that because most places only supply you with one trash bag, and one dish detergent tab, etc, but this condo had everything we needed for our stay, and we loved it! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Wisco PCB Visit

Absolutely love the Emerald Isle Resort. Staff is friendly and the beach is gorgeous. This is our second year there and we will be back next year!!

2007 Emerald Isle - Oct stay

We enjoyed our stay and the view from our balcony was spectacular! The weather was perfect for a wedding, which was part of the reason for the visit. I do, however, have a couple of issues I would like to address. First, if you have people coming to stay for extended periods of time, it would be nice if dressers were provided for clothes. Bedside tables and one drawer in the tv cabinet isn’t enough room for 2 people. Second, the furniture fell way short of comfortable and is extremely outdated. And lastly, a 12 cup coffee maker would be nice. Overall, our stay was nice and we will be back but we will look at other condos in this complex and will call the office directly for referrals.

3rd year, always a pleasure staying here

3rd summer at the same condo. Always love it. The view is amazing from the 22nd floor. The balcony is huge, it’s just a great place to stay. Every year I complain about no recliner. Turns out they have had two the entire time and we didn’t know it. We found out by accident that the two chairs are recliners.

Home away from home

Home away from home my family and I absolutely loved this condominium. The balcony overlooking the ocean is where we spent most of our family time eating meals and playing games and having our morning coffee and juice in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the beds were so comfortable even more so than my bed at home. The decor was not beachy it was more of a homemade welcome warm feeling. The location was excellent. The location was very close to grocery shopping small shops and of course the fishing pier.We will definitely stay again!

This is a very nice condo. We have stayed here twice. The living room could really use a big blind instead of curtains. The tubs are slippery when you shower. Still a great condo.

The view is amazing

As always this place is amazing. The view is one of the best in my opinion. The checkin process and dedicated parking spot is top notch. The condo is well worth the money. The chair and umbrella service has diminished just a touch in quality from last year. Not the fault of this condo, but something to consider if you’ve stayed here before. Still a great service. The master bedroom was missing a smoke detector, just the empty spot where it used to be, probably just an oversight and will no doubt be fixed. I still think it needs a recliner lol. So all in all, pick this condo and try it out. You will not be disappointed. My second year in a row, and there will be a third.

Uncomfortable and Outdated

Overall, the condo is extremely uncomfortable. All of the furniture, as well as the beds, are so old that there is no cushion or padding left. Getting comfortable in any room is impossible. The master bed was a full size…which turned into my husband and I sleeping in separate rooms because there was not enough room for us to sleep comfortably. The decor/furniture does not make it feel like you are on the beach but more like you’re in an episode of Frasier. The only plus side was the view was nice. Other than that, there was no relaxation in our room.

Great stay for bike week

We always try to stay on this end for this end of the beach. Especially at Emerald Isle due to the property allowing trailers to be on sight. We are able park our motorcycles on our trailer every night.

Amazing condo. Well worth booking! You won’t be disappointed.

The communication and check in process is top notch! The view from the condo is breathtaking! The parking spot is in a great location. The elevators is basically right outside the condo door, as well as the trash chute. Chairs and umbrellas with full service included. I have stayed in several condos, this one was one of the best. All communication was spot on, and I have zero complaints. Lots of extras not listed included in the condo. Very spacious. Only thing I found lacking, was a recliner. lol. If you choose this condo, you will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful time at Panama City Beach

Our condo was exactly like the pictures online. The view was great and access to the beach and amenities was about as easy as it gets. I think the condo could have been cleaned a little bit better but it was nothing too bad. I am an extremely clean person so maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal to anyone else. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely go back and I recommend it!

View is perfection-property needs some attention

My husband and I stayed for over two weeks to escape the cold for a bit. Frankly, this is the only time of year I would visit PCB. Too crazy and crowded most of the time. The condo is at a quieter end of the beach which is nice. It’s a beautiful beach that’s budget friendly. The building was nice with 2 pools (1) heated and a large hot tub. They were nicely maintained. The best feature of the condo is definitely the large deck with plenty of furniture and an incredible view. The condo itself is just ok. It needs some updating in regards to family room seating, bedding, and bathrooms. The showers are not very nice and the one in the master had a rusty shower rod. Kitchen was a nice space but had the bare minimum supplies. Crappy coffee pot and a dishwasher that is a pain to get to work - directions should be included. The condo while basically clean was in definite need of spring cleaning. Some furniture was rather dusty and the master bath had dusty vents and ceiling. A new vacuum is needed if you want to keep sand and dust out of the home. Biggest complaint was 3 TVs in the home and none of them were smart TVs. We actually went and bought a TV so we could watch movies and Netflix. I know that sounds crazy but it was February so there was more indoor time than normal. Smart TV in the family room is a must! The area is just ok. Lots of cheesy stuff in the area and not as many great restaurants as you might find in other beach communities. I think I would spend a little more next time and stay in Destin or Gulf Shores.

Place was decorated ok. Pots and pans and kitchen accessories need to be updated. Mattress needs to be updated. View was great but loud wind noises came through front door non stop. The unit was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival. Parking and elevator was great. TV situation needs updating.
