Hidden Gem of the sea! 2 bedroom 1 bath Across the street from the beach!

Why do we call our home “The Hidden Gem”? We are a condo community like none other in PCB! Only 16 privately owned homes! You wake up, walk down one flight of stairs and you are at the beach access directly across the street! Located in a residential neighborhood with public beach access in between beautiful beach front homes. No high-rise condo crowds, no trying to find beach parking! Three covered designated parking spaces right at the staircase and across street from the beach. “Owner also owns a single family home VRBO# 953503 which is one block away (2 minute walk) from this property which will sleep an additional 11 people if you have a large group! Sleep a total of 17! Walk next door to “The Salty Goat” for the most delicious food and drinks only locals know about! Or walk to “The Pour” for the best cup of coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the beach! Convenience stores, beach shops and ice cream shop all just steps away! Keep walking a few more blocks to the County Pier!! Only 2 miles to Pier Park, Target & Publix! In the heart of it all without all the commercial fuss. We are also Pet Friendly! Pet fee $125.00

So much detail was put into our condo to make you feel comfortable after a long day at the beach! Our entire condo community was fully renovated after Hurricane Michael in 2018! Our home was recently renovated with brand new luxury plank flooring throughout. Brand New Quartz countertops, New large deep kitchen sink and new faucet with sprayer. New paint, LG stainless steel appliances including stackable large washer/dryer. New bathroom renovation with shiplap, tub & custom antique vanity. Living room sofa and chairs are high grade soft leather. All beds feature new comfort mattresses, luxury sheets and bedding. Enjoy a large spacious balcony with seating. Entire home features high speed Xfinity WIFI/premium cable channels!

55" Flat screen Smart TV includes Xfinity cable premium package! White leather 3 seater sofa, 2 leather chairs, ottoman/bench.

Dining Area:
Antique Farm Table from a real Missouri farm house: Table Seats 6 People. 60” Smart TV (no cable to this TV).

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen includes blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. LG Stainless steel appliances include fridge with icemaker, dishwasher & electric oven/cooktop.

Bedroom #1:
King bed, Flat screen Smart TV 50” TV with Xfinity cable premium package! Large Dresser, closet with hanging space & bin for extra clothing storage.

Bedroom #2:
1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 28” Flat screen TV with Xfinity cable premium package. Armoire, Petite Dresser, Closet with hanging space, bin for more clothing storage.

Bathroom:
1 large full sized bathroom with new tub/shower combo that offer pull bars. Antique refurbished vanity. Brand new sink, toilet and fixtures.

Laundry: Full size, LG Red Front Loading stacked washer & dryer. Iron/Iron Board

Balcony: Guests have access to a balcony outside to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with chairs & side tables (Balcony faces residential area).

Towels and Linens: We provide luxury linens, plenty of pillows and full size towels for our guests. Please bring your own beach towels!

Misc Condo Info/Parking: 3 tandem designated parking spaces conveniently located right below condo’s staircase. Beach sand wash off area located on bottom of east staircase right as you cross over from public beach access. Must pick up after pets and community dumpster located in back west of building on corner of Fernwood St. Cameras monitor our front door, hallways, staircases, parking area and outside area of complex.

Few extras to keep in mind before booking: There is one flight of stairs, we do not have an elevator. We do not have gulf views from our home, but we are directly across from the beach and the beach access.

Absolutely wonderful location. We had a blast and this condo had almost everything we needed. (Oven mits were needed) lol I had brought a couple hand towels, so it worked out. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise was amazing. No ocean view (we knew this no big deal) but the sunrise was beautiful & definitely worth it. Steps to the beach which made it great for teens. Our girls left a few items behind and they called before we ever made it back home. They will be mailing our stuff home! What an easy and honest rental! The ladies i spoke with were absolutely the best!

The location was perfect! Great beach access directly across the street from the unit. It was away from the big resorts so the beach wasn’t as crowded. Nice/safe area. The unit was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable! The beach chairs were a nice surprise! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. If I had to add anything it would be a couple throw blankets for the couch. After a day in the sun It was chilly. (I usually bring mine but I forgot) It did help the couch had coverings on them so you’re not sitting on cold leather. Lastly, I read a review of the above unit being loud. They definitely do a lot of moving around ALL day but it wasn’t through the night so it didn’t bother me to much. Perfect spot for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO in Panama City Beach, Florida! The location was PERFECT - the public beach was right across the street, making it super convenient for our family vacation. The stay itself had everything we needed, and the cleanliness was top-notch. 🧹 We also loved the nearby coffee shop and ice cream/candy store next door - a great bonus! What really made our stay special, though, was the owner's kindness and attention to detail. They even went above and beyond to ship back a personal item that was left behind. We'd highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a wonderful family/pet friendly beach getaway.

Great Location, stay, and host!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! The location is perfect even though there’s no direct view of the beach. The host was gracious and communicated well. The only drawback which was huge for me is the noise upstairs. The ceiling is thin and we heard every stump, jump, and footsteps. They had small children upstairs so it was very loud and disturbing. This is an uncontrollable for the host but something to take into consideration if you’re sensitive to noise or have pets/small children.

Great Family Spring Break Trip

We had a really nice time at the condo. The accommodations were just like in the pictures. Check in was easy. Loved the quick walk to the beach, it was not crowded. My girls loved walking to the coffee shop with tasty homemade cinnamon rolls and chocolate banana bread. Shopping was close by. Ate a wonderful seafood dinner out. Also a walk to the ice cream parlor. Beyond the control of the property owner, but we were surrounded by college spring breakers.

Absolutely lovely!

From start to finish,it was amazing! Communication with check in was seamless. Apartment was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Beach access was an easy short walk. Will definitely reccomend to anyone!

Lovely Place for a Getaway

Contact and communication with property owner was easy; friendly and straightforward from the start. The house was clean and in a great location with easy access to the beach. There's a cute coffee shop and tea stand next door as well as a beach store for last minute needs. Overall would recommend to others and would book again in the future! Thanks!!

Long weekend away

The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is directly across the street from the beach, and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The only downside to our stay was the lack of supplies. If you plan on cooking, I would bring everything you need, including pots, pans and oven mitts. The only thing you don’t need are drinking glasses, plates, and utensils. The cabinets are basically bare of everything. If the kitchen had been fully stocked, I would say the price point is on par for other condos in the area. Given the fact that you have to bring all supplies, including paper towels, and toilet paper, I think it’s a little over priced and makes staying here inconvenient. If we didn’t have the need for a kitchen, I would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed mostly. A small update to the pans in the kitchen and some additional cutting boards would be nice. But all in all it was great. I'd go here again.

Weekend Getaway

We had never been to PCB before, but I will say we picked the perfect place for our first time there. The place felt right like home. And honestly being so close to the beach was a big win! The public access was directly across from the place so we could come and go as we pleased. Everything was clean and thankfully there was kitchen utensils and pans so we could cook a little and save us from going out to eat for every meal. Parking was also amazing because we had our own designated parking spot! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Panama City.

Nice place

The place was very clean. Excellent access to the beach right across the street. Love love love the coffee shop next door. Very nicely decorated. Sadly there was no dish soap, no hand soap, one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for five of us. They should have communicated that we need to bring these items. Issues: not good communication with property management company. Had to call for checkin code. No check out instructions provided except the time. They did not respond when asked about checkout instructions through the app messenger.

Little Sandy but Great Location

Place was a cute 2br & 1bath apartment with easy beach access cross the street. Easy drive to pier park and other attractions. Only dislike was bathroom faucet unable to get cold water and it has a sensor so it was a bit annoying. The place was fairly cleaned as far as beds and linings. Main bedroom mattress was fairly uncomfortable if you suffer from back issues. The place was not properly swept or mopped. There was sand and dog hair all over triggering allergies and dry dirty drip marks in kitchen to dinning room area

Hidden Gem at PCBeach

Definitely enjoyed the room and was glad they had Netflix! The neighbors were loud at times but what can you do? It would have been nice to have been provided more than one roll of toilet paper, no trash bags, or dish soap. Was very convenient to the beach!
