We would like to invite you to spend your vacation in our newly renovated condominium on beautiful Panama City Beach!

This large Gulf-front condo (Over 1,400 sq ft) boast attractive hardware floors, cottage decor furniture, two bedrooms, sleeps six, and is located at the beautiful WATERCREST CONDOMINIUMS on Thomas Drive. The condominium has many amenities including FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, 50 inch Flat Screen TV with HBO, DVD, Flat Screen's in both bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, king-size bed in the master, and two Queen-size beds in the second bedroom. NEW KITCHEN! With Granite/Quartz Counter-tops & Breakfast Bar! Comes with covered parking for one vehicle!

YOUR STAY INCLUDES 2 BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS!

The resort has a large pool, kids pool, hot tub, workout room, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Pickle Ball, and jet ski rental (In Season).

The WATERCREST in located at the best family spot on the beach, close to the Bay, Saint Andrews Park, Schooners, Captain Anderson's, and many other attractions and restaurants. Several golf courses are also nearby.

We also have a great month-to-month rate in the winter. A cleaning fee per stay, parking pass, and tax applies. If you would like more information, or to check prices and availability, please let us know.

Attraction Information:

At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Our family loved this spot and proximity to everything. It’s very quiet part of PCB and family friendly. This condo had everything that met my family’s need and was large enough for 6 (2 adults 4 kids ) and the view from the balcony was our favorite spot in the evenings! Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Spring Break

The family and I had a wonderful stay. Having our coffee on the patio every morning with those stunning views was definitely a highlight. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four.

Seamless Booking and Breathtaking Views - Highly Recommend!

I work in the vacation rental industry and found booking this condo last minute to be incredibly easy! The property manager was very responsive to my questions and provided a phone number for easy communication, which was perfect for my getaway weekend. The condo itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The highlight was definitely the 16th-floor balcony with its stunning views of the Gulf and the PCB skyline. I would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend this property manager for other locations.

Beautiful condo in the sky

The condo was everything advertised and more. We've stayed at Watercrest many times. I usually call staying in an unknown condo "condo camping" and bring a bag of items from home. I didn't end up needing them here because1609 was very well appointed. Plenty of dishes, tableware, cups, glasses and two coffee makers, drip and pod. A full size washer and dryer, five sets of towels for each bathroom. This is a plus when you are vacationing with teen girls. Closets held extra blankets and pillows along with some beach and pool items; sand toys, pool noodles, and boogie boards. You could literally pack a suitcase and have everything you need here. Wayne provides a dedicated parking space so you don't have to hunt for a space or park across the street in overflow parking. The spring break weather was in the low 70's and it was nice to sit on the beach service chairs, provided by Wayne, and take in the sun. Nate at the beach service set up my son and granddaughters with parasailing. He also rents jet skies and banana boat rides. Building perks, pool and hot tub are heated. Elevators were fast and security was always visible and on task. I would stay in Wayne's condo again.

Stunning Panoramic Views of the Gulf

Watercrest 1609 is by far our favorite condo that we've enjoyed on the Panama City coast. The condo is well apportioned with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The windows facing south and west offer stunning views of the gulf's incredible sunsets. The room sizes at Watercrest tend to be larger than other condo buildings providing a bit more room to spread out. And the owner couldn't have been more available for a few minor issues during our long-stay at the property. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in this condo last year and enjoyed the whole experience so much that we booked it again this year. The property owner is very nice and always responds to texts and emails. The condo has everything we need and the view is spectacular! Highly recommend this unit!

Great stay and loaded kitchen!

Great stay. We loved the balcony and all the extras in the kitchen!!! Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels. Host are great and think of everything. Cleaning crew needs to focus on cleaning lint off wall above washer! Great! I suggest if staying to take host up on getting extra parking spot so someone’s doesn’t park right next to you. Stay here you want regret it! Beach chairs is always a plus, thanks ❤️

Great Condo!

We loved this condo. It had plenty of room to accommodate 5 of us. It was clean and stocked fairly well. The tvs didn’t always work with the local channels but we made do. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful view.

Annual couples trip.

This unit is on the 16th floor which had us a little worried about waiting on elevators, but it was never an issue. Unit was very clean and had plenty of room. Bath tub drained slow, but owner had a plumber there very quickly to correct problem. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout and great kitchen!

This is one of the nicer condos we have stayed in and I think we have done about 10 different beach front condos over the years. We loved the double slider onto the HUGE balcony. You can seat everyone for dinner out there. This is a unique building that has multiple corner units on each end. You get a really nice panorama view down the beach from the living room. The master bedroom also has a slider to the balcony not shown in pictures. The best view is from the living room. And you are way up there on the 16th floor so you can get a great view of the water. The kitchen has granite tops and was great to work in. We loved how wide the living room and kitchen was. Well stocked amenities made cooking multiple meals easy. Trash chute was only steps away from the door which was very convenient. My kids loved having the pickle ball and tennis courts on site. The pool is big! The location is on what I would consider the quieter end of PCB. Great restaurants nearby and just a short drive to Walmart and more attractions. We were here for two weeks and the stay was great!

Great 1st time in FL for winter

Condo was great, kitchen was so well preparedwith everything you could want to cook a meal, beds were comfortable, laundry was great, plenty of hot water. Best thing was the ocean view and it was stunning and a lovely place to wake up to the world with a walk on the beach and coffee on the deck. Table and chairs were delightful for eating an early dinner watching the sun set on the veranda. Beautiful place to spend a month!

Fall Break

Great vacation

Beautiful condo, very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Hallway bathroom tub drained slowly. Very few restaurants within walking distance, but the food at Outlaws bar-b-que was awesome. Sue at the condo Tiki bar makes awesome drinks.
