Gorgeous house in quaint Carillon sleeps 12 - with porch, grill, private beaches

Our beach house is located in the gated community of Carillon Beach - "A Village by the Sea," where time moves just a bit more slowly and where people are just a little more friendly.

The Quarterdeck is less than a 5 minute walk to a private access beach and was furnished with families in mind. It allows you to relax & enjoy every day of your stay with your family or friends. We have 4 bedrooms, plus a loft with Queen bed, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has plenty of seating in the den, as well as at the kitchen table & bar. It’s a spacious, well stocked kitchen with an open pantry for your groceries.

• Main level – King bedroom with en-suite bath (stand up shower)
• Bunk room – adjoining the main level King, with 2 twin over twin beds.
• Second level – King bedroom with en-suite bath (stand up shower) as well as private balcony access.
• Second level – Master bedroom with King bed, workspace area, en-suite bath (jetted tub and stand up shower) as well as private balcony access.
• Loft level - Queen bed with crow’s nest balcony.

The porches are inviting and comfy – where memories are made and worries are few: A porch swing, outdoor seating areas, and the sound of the gulf breeze in the palm trees. Just outside the back door, you will find a gas grill. The house is complete with a heated outdoor shower to wash away the sand.

Carillon is a quaint, lively, family-centered coastal community centrally located between Panama City Beach and the 30A corridor. There are 3 community pools (2 seasonally heated), tennis & basketball courts, playground, downtown shops & restaurants, and 1 mile of uncrowded beaches. Enjoy complimentary beach chair service - 4 reserved chairs and 2 umbrellas.

The Quarterdeck is a short stroll, or leisurely golf cart ride, away from "downtown" Carillon where you will find Gratify, The Phat Crab, Our Little Beach Cafe, gift shop & bike rentals, a yoga studio, salon & fitness center, etc. and monthly concerts on the Village Green.

Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors & controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers to patrol the grounds to insure the safety of our guests.

* During high season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
* During the "off" season, a 3 night minimum is required.

The shops at Pier Park are only 5 miles to the east, and 30A is just a few miles to the west.

What a special place. The host was super helpful and so kind. The house was great and in a great location. They thought of everything and even had pictures in the cabinets to help remind you where everything goes. It was our 13 or 14th Trip to Carillon and we have stayed in lots of houses. This one was really great! Good fit for our family of 6 but could have easily fit several more on the trip!

Family Vacation

This community is our favorite. We've stayed in several different houses over the years we've been coming and have enjoyed each one, Quarterdeck was great. It fit our family of adult children with their spouses really well. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach walkover, and all the conveniences the home had to offer. Quarterdeck had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay! Thank you.

Great Vacation

The Quarterdeck was a great property for our family to stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. The property was well stocked with kitchenware, beach supplies (toys and towels), as well as being a great layout for a family. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach gettaway!!

Working with the host was very easy. She is very helpful and professional … carillon Beach is a beautiful community. We will be back next year…. The house was clean we rented a golf cart. It’s within walking distance to the beach….. The things that we had wished were better was in The room in the tower there was mold and ac Unit is slightly broken ….. more bath towels would help , wished bunk room was bigger and ac Does not work well in the bunkroom had to use fans !!! Otherwise, we had an amazing time ! Truly treasure on the emerald coast Some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen kp

Another great week in Carillon

Location is perfect - 2 block walk to beach, 1 block from pickleball, play park and pool. Kitchen was well equipted, lots of toys in pool box and OH - the front porch!!! Amber was quick to address any concerns we had. We hope to return next summer!

Spring Break 2024

Our party of five adults stayed for a week at the Quarterdeck in March. The house was clean and welcoming! We were in a prime location for a short walk to both a pool/park and to the beach. We had ample rooms to spread out but there was also an open common area which was great for playing games, dining and watching March Madness Basketball together! Communication with the property manager was excellent, making our stay stress free. We highly recommend the Quarterdeck and Carillon for a Spring Break trip!

Quarterdeck

Our stay at this home was so nice. The house was well equipped with anything you’d need as far as bedding, towels, and kitchen needs. The week we were there was probably the hottest of the year and the loft had some issues staying cool, but Amber was able to get a window AC unit installed the day we had the problem and it cooled great after that! We’d stay here again!

Excellent vacation home

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this home! The decor was very nice and the furniture was comfortable. Our grand children loved the bunk room! The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to cook and store leftovers. It’s just a short walk to the pool and the beach, which was very nice with the little ones. We look forward to staying here again!

Beach Getaway

This was an amazing getaway for the week. It was perfect for a last minute plan for a fall break for the grandkids. Renting was super easy through the Vrbo website. Amanda was super nice and was very helpful with checking into the house.

Best community in PCB area for families

This place has everything going for it! The host, the house and the location. The owners are very responsive with emails, assistance, and have provided just about everything you will need for your stay. I literally said several time that they must have a family like ours (two pack-n-plays, two highchairs) The home was perfect for my family of 11 (6 adults, 5 children under 5), plenty of privacy for our blend of 3 families. A very short walk to the beach and the childrens playground/pool. There are other pools, but this one was best suited for us with the toddlers. Great community for walking and riding bikes, dining and ice cream. The community is located at the far west end of Panama City . Away from the traffic and over crowded beaches, but also short drive to all the popular attractions, including 30A. Be sure to walk down the beach to the pass/inlet of Lake Powell for the hermit crabs, kayaking, and the bird sanctuary. Take the kids to neighboring Pinnacle Port to catch crabs from the docks at night. I have stayed in other homes in the Carillon, and this was the best.
