Celadon is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping attractions such as the new Pier Park, about five minutes away.

The Celadon Beach property has two pools. One is an indoor/outdoor pool and the other is a large lagoon style pool. Both pools have hot tubs nearby. There is also a tennis court and fitness facility available should you need to get your daily work out in during your stay.

Celadon Beach Resort is directly on the ocean in Panama City Beach. Location is on the west end of Front Beach Road, which is the quieter and less traffic congested part of the beach. Celadon is an upscale family resort and well-maintained newer condo complex, built in 2004, with 283 feet of beautiful beach. One of the best kept secrets on the Florida panhandle.

Celadon uses outside cameras as well as allowing Ring Doorbell Cameras for security purposes. We have a Ring Camera at the front door.

Celadon is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.

The host was very welcoming. The unit was very quiet even though its proximity to the elevator, which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed using the sun umbrella & beach chairs provided. Will definitely come back to this unit in particular.

The whole experience was great. Prior to our stay the owner reached out and provided all necessary information for the condo and paid parking permit. The condo had beach towels and chair which helped with packing and also included the beach chairs set out by the condo. The condo was very clean and modern with TVs in each room.

Room was as described, exactly what we expected. Updated, clean and very nice. Check in super easy. Would 10 out of 10 recommend if you want to be that far down. Only complaint we had were the elevators. 2 of the 3 when we got there were working and it seemed like every other day it was down to 1, very inconvenient.

Amazing Property!

An absolutely amazing vacation property! Unit was at the end of the “strip” so far less traffic than in town, but super-easy & quick access to anything you could possibly want to visit. Minutes from Pier Park! The balcony was our go-to spot. Just to sit & watch the ocean. The property was pristine and we felt right at home. Parking was completely stress free & easily accessible. I only wish all property owners/managers were this great! Thanks again for a memory of a lifetime in a unit that exceeded our expectations!

Great setup for a family

We were looking for a place that could accommodate 2 adults plus a 5 year old and 18 month old and this place was perfect. Our 5 year old stayed in the guest room and we were able to put our 18 month old in the hallway to the master bathroom and close the door to the hall. Great elevator access to parking and beach. Very clean and the host had everything we needed for a fun beach vacation. Thanks again!

Great spot and accommodations; easy place to stay

Communication with property manager was smooth and fast - always make a vacation nice.Location was great - last large building, so it wasn't busy but easy to get to more active placesAccommodations - very nicely renovated place right on the water with a great balcony. You're basically right in the middle of the building. Some noise heard from being close to the elevator, but usually was very quiet. The couch/pull-out bed in the main area is a bit dated, worn and stained. I would recommend updating it. everything else seemed to be great or better given the age. Basic supplies provided (salt, pepper, oil, a few cleaning supplies like laundry and dishwasher and bathroom) but easy enough to pick up more as needed. Quick access to the beach (nice to have supplied beach chairs!), pools - one heated, one not, included parking, some beach toys and whatnot provided. I would definitely stay here again!

Softball weekend

The place is beautiful, clean and has a great view of the beach. The balcony could easily fit 4 people to sit outside and view the water. The master suite is large with a king bed, large closet, larger shower. Bed 2 has trendle beds. This was a small room, no closet. If the second bed was rolled out, there would be no place to walk. Kitchen was beautiful and nicely furnished. Table for 4 for meals and eating space at the counter. Location was good. Not too far from lots of beachy restaurants.

Very nice condo

Meticulously kept, bright, well supplied kitchen (but only food is salt and pepper.) It is on the small side, as it is in the elevator block, but there is no elevator noise or disturbance, and was not a problem for our group of 3 adults. Fabulous view of ocean, saw sea turtles, dolphins, etc., and took great advantage of the complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. Has a closet full of beach toys, towels, etc.

A literal dream

This was probably my favorite family vacation we have ever had because of this amazing place. We really felt at home. The view was indescribable. The amount of sunrise and sunset pictures I took is embarrassing, but the view is really that good. We were worried about being close to the elevator at first, but found it was not an issue at all. Never had any noise issues. It actually proved to be very beneficial. We can’t wait to book here again.

Lovely

The property looks just as described/viewed. Communication with William was excellent. He responded immediately. The view and feel was spectacular. A definite 5/5 for us. Our only concerns were you need to be the Hulk to open the sliding glass door off the living room, but the one off the master bedroom had a silky smooth glide, and the tv remote in the living room was not working properly. However, those were not deal breakers. We would stay there again next time we go to Panama City.

Wonderful Condo!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here for Spring Break with our 5-year-old daughter. The location was perfect for us because it was out of the downtown area away from most of the traffic and other tourists, which is more our speed. The Condo was as described and William was very responsive. Also, you can walk to Thomas Donuts to get some of the best homemade donuts!

Amazing getaway

We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and clean. The added free beach service was a game changer. It made beach days with kids so much easier. Host was amazing and quick to respond! Even the condo common areas and pools were immaculate. Just far enough west to avoid a bunch of the PCB spring break crowd but still close to everything. Will def stay there again!

Emergency lodging

Had to find a place after major surgery. This worked out great. Just what I needed till I could go home. Shower was great! Bed very comfy. Patio doors need some attention - open very hard.
