Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Our maintenance team needs access to the pool area on Wednesday mornings for the weekly pool cleaning. They will enter the property through the Patio door and only have access to the pool area.

High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay and we offer dedicated workspace areas in 2 bedrooms, perfect for remote work or online learning. For added convenience, there's parking for 4 cars.
Your Private Backyard Paradise: Take a refreshing dip in your private pool, just at your back door (heated pool option is available for an additional fee.) Unwind in the privacy of the fully-fenced outdoor lounge. Fire up the grill, catch the game on the smart TV, or mix drinks at the cozy bar area – perfect for poolside dining and entertainment under the warm Florida sun. Challenge friends and family to a game of cornhole in the dedicated outdoor play area for some friendly competition.
Oh the beach!: The most beautiful beach in Florida is literally a short 7 min walk from Casa Mediterraneo, or even closer if you decide to rent our 6-seat Golf Cart, which you can conveniently park right by the beach access. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even a cooler.
Beyond the Beach: We know you love the beach (it's why you're here!), but sometimes you crave a little more. Casa Mediterraneo is only 8 min away from Rosemary Beach and 10 min away from Alys beach, where you can enjoy from having a coffee to a having a delicious fancy dinner on a beautiful rooftop.
Feeling Adventurous? Grab one of our 4 complimentary bikes and explore the neighborhood and ride along the 30A without worrying about parking!

Pool Heating
Enjoy a refreshing dip in our heated pool! For an additional $25 per night of your stay, we'll keep the pool toasty at a comfortable 82°F. With a large pool like ours, it takes time to reach those temperatures, so its important to note it will never get to hot tub temperatures. Our high-tech heat pump can raise the water temperature by a maximum of 20°F compared to the outside air. So, if the weather dips below 55°F, the pump will shut down to avoid freezing.
Here's the thing about pool heating, we can't heat the pool for just part of your stay. You'll need to decide if you want this amenity before you arrive. Don't worry, we'll send you a friendly reminder a few days beforehand to confirm your pool heating preference.
Smoke-Free Haven
We take pride in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all our guests. This means no smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property. If we find evidence of smoking, we'll politely ask you to leave immediately, and you'll be responsible for any cleaning fees we incur. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home fresh and smoke-free!
Cancellation Policy
Just a heads up – it's a good idea to review our cancellation policy before you book your stay. While we're happy to answer any questions you have, please note that we can't offer refunds for travel issues, bad weather, illness, or family emergencies. If you're worried about last-minute cancellations putting a dent in your wallet, consider purchasing travel insurance when you book.
Zip Around in a Golf Cart!
Cruise around the neighborhood in style by renting our golf cart for your entire stay! For a fee of $125 per full day, you can use the cart whenever you want during your stay – check-in and check-out days are free! Just keep in mind that rentals are for your full stay, we cannot accommodate using the cart for only a portion of your stay. Please note that the golf cart is not allowed on Hwy 98. We'll handle everything electronically through an app and DocuSign for a smooth and easy rental process.
Bring Your Furry Friends (with a Few House Rules)
We love well-behaved dogs! Up to two canine companions are welcome for a one-time pet fee of $125. Just remember, we appreciate it if you keep muddy paws under control, treat our furniture and linens with care, and always clean up after your pet in the backyard. Of course, furry friends are off-limits in the pool and on the furniture.
