I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this room and the lack of support during my stay. The room was clearly not properly maintained or cleaned before check-in. The refrigerator was dirty, the windowsills were covered in dirt, and there was rust on the door hinges, metal shelves, and even inside the bathtub. The blinds were broken, and two of the bunk beds were missing screws, which felt unsafe.
There were also multiple maintenance issues throughout the room, including peeling paint, paint patches ripped from the walls, black marks around the door handle, and an air conditioner filter that clearly needed cleaning. To make matters worse, the smoke detector needed a new battery and was not properly maintained.
One of the biggest frustrations was that the office is closed on weekends, so there was no way to get assistance or report issues during most of the stay.
Overall, the room felt neglected, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.
