Coastal Condo 807 | Beachfront!

Summary:
This beachfront ocean-view condominium is perfect for your getaway to Panama City Beach! Recently renovated and located on the eighth floor, this condo boasts new stainless steel appliances, stylish coastal decor, a private washer and dryer, two spacious bathrooms, and enough sleeping room for six people. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with amazing views off the living room and master bedroom. Sunrise Beach Resort is one of the newest condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. Includes complimentary daily access to one set of beach chairs and a matching umbrella between the hours of 9am to 5pm starting March 15, 2025, to October 31, 2025!

The Space:
The luxury Gulf-facing master bedroom has a King-size bed with balcony access with an ensuite bathroom, that features a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom room offers a bunk bed with a full and twin. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed. View the white sand beach and emerald green water from the comfort of the living room and or straight from your bed in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a coffee pot, plates, glasses, and cutlery. The living room, master bedroom, and bunk room all have a TV and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code before check-in to enter the unit.

Shared Community Features: The resort features two large swimming pools (one is heated year-round), a children's splash area, and two hot tubs. It also offers a first-rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and extensive free weights, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Gas grills are available at the beach-level deck.

The Neighborhood:
Sunrise Beach Resort is a conveniently located condo resort that sits right on the beach in Panama City Beach. The resort is close to many popular attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Goofy Golf, and Shipwreck Island Water Park.

Getting Around:
Parking Information: Each unit has two available parking spaces and each parking space is $40 per stay. Vehicles must be registered to the individual condo to park in the parking garage. Your dedicated Brightwild GEMs will be able to assist with your registration.

Some rental companies we would recommend are Outlaw Rentals, California Rentals, Budget Scooter & Golf Cart Rentals.

Other Things to Note:
- This property has a 3-night minimum Feb - April, all other dates have a 1-night minimum
- No pets allowed.
- We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
- The door locks automatically behind you.
- Ice machine is available on level 1
- 2 Grills are available on the first floor
- The gym is located on L5 from 7am - 10 pm
- Trash chutes are available on every floor
- Private stackable washer/dryer

We were unaware that there's renovation going on in the building, with only ONE elevator available, we were forced to take the stairs several times to the 8th floor. Once inside the unit we found the balcony doors locked from the outside, but that was fixed later on. The kitchen has no pots or pans to cook.The bed didn't have fresh sheets, in fact there was a yellow stain in king bed I imagine it was urine. The website advertised free rental of a pair of chairs and umbrella, NOT TRUE. Overall a terrible experience, very disappointing.

Really great place to stay, literally on the beach. Can watch the sunset from the balcony and sleep with the doors open to hear the waves of the beach drift you off to sleep. Great restaurants right next door in walking distance. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Something for everyone

Finding a fun and relaxing vacation spot with 3 teenagers can be a challenge, but this trip checked all the boxes. The property is in a great location, right on the beach with a beautiful double balcony for daily sunrise and sunset views over the ocean. The multiple pools, beach setup and gym were great. Plus, there are fun options like parasailing, jet ski rentals and banana boat rides right as you step onto the beach. There are several great restaurants within a short walk (3-5 min) of the condo, and even Pier Park is only about a mile or so up the road. There is also a Super Walmart a short drive away, so we opted to eat in for breakfasts, lunches, and several dinners. The condo itself was very nice, well stocked and nicely decorated with a beachy feel. We would definitely go back and stay again!

After Christmas getaway

This condo was everything we were looking for to relax after celebrating the holidays. Communication was great from beginning to end with the hostesses which was a great plus. The condo was spacious, very clean, has great balcony views especially to watch the sunsets & sunrises... along with great parking oh & did I mention beach access :). The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook & keep the place tidy. We will definitely be returning for the summer.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyec our stay. The location is great. The elevators were quick. The only thing I would suggest is adfing a few kitchen towels. There weren't any for our stay but we just used paper towels so no big deal. We would stay again.

Incredible view! Clean, spacious condo. SUPER convenient parking!

My husband, myself, and my two teens just spent 6 nights in this condo and LOVED every second! The king master ON the gulf w/balcony access plus a bunk ROOM (not bunk alcove) and 2 bathrooms were EXACTLY what I was looking for. The views are absolutely incredible to wake up to from the bed. Everything you could need is in this condo. Plenty of cookware, drink ware, wine glasses, beach towels etc. I loved having a washer/dryer to throw a load in most nights and not come home w/tons of dirty laundry. The parking and elevators were the best! We never waited long for an elevator. I loved not crossing the street to get to the room. To note, the beach is on the lowest level, and the pool deck is on deck 5 (above parking garage) so a little unusual, but again, the ease of parking was wonderful. We saw dolphins from the deck every day. I never want to be up too high, and 8th floor was PERFECT. Check in and out was a breeze. just punch in the code and in you go! Wifi was good. The deck is HUGE! Had a round table w/4 chairs, and TWO loungers. We spent a lot of time on the deck. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO are tal with as many linens and dishes as this. It was wonderful. The property as a whole was lovely too. They have cubbies on the dune walkover to store your shoes. Lots of sprayers to spray your feet. Mushroom sprayer for littles. 2 pools. 2 hot tubs. Air compressor for your floats. Thank you so much for sharing this paradise! ❤️

Good overall

The unit itself was as expected. However, the garbage disposal does not work and causes the sinks to back-up and not drain at all sometimes. Also, there were notes left by the renters before us that we found stuffed in pillows and sheets stating “did not use” and I imagine since I found them and the cleaning crew did not remove them that the pillow cases and other linens were not washed. In fact we found others bodily hair in our bed and had to wash the sheets before we felt comfortable to sleep the first night. We also noticed the towel rack in the guest bathroom had been ripped out of the wall and just pushed back into place so that needs properly fixed as well. It was well furnished with plenty of dishes and utensils which was great since we have a large family that we traveled with.

Location great, room disappointing

There was a hole in the ceiling of the master shower, broken chair at the kitchen table. Internet was the pits, but tech support helped with a work- a-round so work could be done. The furniture was so uncomfortable that we had to use pillows and other cushions to watch tv. There were NO wrist bands for the pool, we had to by our own from the HOA. It is questionable if we will stay here agiain.
