Potential for improvements
Host is corresponding fast. House is on a quiet location close to wonderful beaches. TVs, fridge, freezer (excellent ice maker!), AC, WIFI, oven, dishwasher washing machine and dryer work perfectly. Using queen bed is not recommended (i.e. not possible), since mattress probably is a couple of decades old. However, sleeps 6 works, since two sofas in living room are equipped with mattresses, too. Unfortunately, the house was filthy. Lots of dirt left from people staying there before us, such as fruit loops under kitchen table. (Note: Cleaning team shows up at 9 a.m.!) Bedding we cleaned ourselves. We decided not to ask for a re-clean. As parts of the house obviously had not been cleaned for months (so were air vents packed full of dust) and it would have taken more than one day to get it done properly. So if you can get along with that, this home may offer a good value for the price. Host spending a few dollars on a proper queen mattress, some additional glasses and dishes and maybe 10 hangers for the closets plus change of the cleaning team would mean a tremendous improvement. A deposit will be charged to the credit card upon booking, unless you are not paying for an extra insurance. Release of deposit was made on time.
