You're going to love our cozy townhouse for your trip to PCB! Our unique location on a canal with a south facing patio is perfect for when you want to lay out, read a book, BBQ, or enjoy mealtime. The beach, mini golf, tennis & pickleball courts as well as several pools are just a short walk. Parking right at our doorstep makes it super easy to unload and get around!

• In addition to bathroom towels, shower mats, and a kitchen hand towel, we also supply a starter kit containing the following:
-Small bottles of shampoo & conditioner, small bars of soap for each shower
-Toilet paper, 1 new roll in each bathroom
-Laundry detergent, 2 pods
-Paper towel, 1 new roll
-Dishwasher soap, 2 pods
-Kitchen trash can liners, 2 liners
-Kitchen wash cloth
-Sponge & scrubber pad
-Dawn dish soap

Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last-minute emergencies or weather events preventing you from traveling.

• Check-in starting at 4pm and check-out by 10am. In the event of an unauthorized late check out where our cleaner has to wait, we will have to charge a $50 late check out fee.
• Two GHBR proxy cards will be provided, if damaged or not returned we will have to charge $15 each.
• Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean. Any excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee.
• No subletting, renter must be 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
• No parties or events.
• Registered guests only & no unauthorized pets.
• No smoking.
• Report any damages immediately. Accidental damages shall be paid for by the guest.
• All trash should be bagged and tied and placed in the GHBR silver trash bins prior to checking out.
• All dishes and cookware should be washed, please do not leave dirty dishes.
• Parking is limited to the two assigned spaces in front of our home. If you wish to rent a golf cart, it must be parked in one the parking spaces. No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed.
• No fireworks.
• Community noise curfew is 11pm - 7am.
• For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras with motion activated recording. No covering, altering, disabling, or tampering with the security cameras.
• If using a grill, it must be at least 10 feet from the building.
• Gulf Highlands Beach Resort rules also apply and can be found on their website.

We had the best stay this past week with our family. Everything was nice and clean, and we enjoyed all the extras they had to offer especially the beach accessories. The only hiccup we had was a little hot water issue the first day that was able to be resolved quickly, and the owner was very responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this condo and hoping our family can come back again in the future.

Perfect place, close the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. I took my 15 your old son and a couple of his friends before he has shoulder surgery and they all had a blast. I can't recommend the place enough! We loved it :)Thank you, Bryan & Allyson for a great little vacay!

Great beach vacay!

Our family of 6 stayed and had a wonderful time! The unit was clean and in a great location with easy access to the beach, pools and pickleball courts. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. We usually stay in a high rise building but really liked the convenience of parking right outside the front door! The hosts were easy to work with.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Everything about the property and townhome were great! We loved that we could just walk to the beach and have a pool on beachside. We also left behind some items of value and we were immediately contacted by the owners asking for our address so they can ship it. It’s wonderful to see that there are still honest people. The place is great but the owners are just as great. This combo makes for a great experience!

Fun townhouse

We had a great time at this townhouse. The pictures and descriptions were accurate to the actual experience. The host was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we may have had. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the complex super easy. Even without a golf cart the walk to the beach is really short.

Great Get-A-Way

This was our first stay at this unit and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I was afraid the pictures weren't accurate, but I am so pleased to report they were very accurate. The interior is bright and cheerfully decorated. The owners were excellent host/hostess and responded almost immediately to any questions asked. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in the PCB area. The kitchen is complete with anything you might possibly need. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. This unit is pet friendly and that is a huge bonus for us as we won't travel without our four legged furry family members. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a very nice place to stay with absolutely excellent host/hostess.

Wouldn't go anywhere else

By far the best place I've stayed in PCB. The condo was exceptionally clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Brian the owner was so accommodating and professional. He checked on us a few times during our stay and even messaged me a few days after we left. We absolutely loved all of the beach gear they provided as well as it came in so handy. There's not one bad thing I can say about this place and the owner. This will be the place we stay from here on out when coming to PCB. Plus the resort pools are exceptional and the beach house and beach pool was the place to be. It was all just so nice and we had the best time staying here. Thabk you, Brian for your amazing condo and professionalism. We can't wait to come back and stay at your place.

Great condo!

One of our favorite condos (& we have been going for 10 yrs!) very clean, comfortable, nice furniture & decor. Had everything we needed ... (but we did not cook much). Really liked Gulf Highlands even tho it's not on the beach. We did have a neat little canal in the back yard. We chose this condo complex b/c it is pet friendly & there is a lot of green space to take your furry friend. I would recommend this condo without hesitation!

This condo was perfect and just a short walk to the the beach. We had a group of 6 and there was so much space for everyone. All of the little details and extras were very much appreciated, especially all of the beach equipment. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

Stayed for a baseball tournament

Loved this place! Stayed here for son's baseball tournament. Very short drive to Publix sports park and very conveniently located in PCB in general. We were never more than a 10-15 minute drive from the restaurants and attractions we wanted to go to. The unit itself was GREAT. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. Unit very well stocked-from towels and washcloths, to pots and pans, to a cooler, beach wagon, and beach gear. Cant beat designated parking right outside your door, either. Our friends had terrible stories of roaches and broken elevators/long wait times for elevators at the places they stayed. We were so relieved we picked this place. Owners very responsive and nice.

Great stay convenient to beach

Exactly as advertised. I was able to leave the beach accessories at home making travel easier knowing that the home provided a wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and games. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 4 children. Proximity of beach to home within a short walk. It was nice staying at a property off of Front Beach Road, making travel and dining easier to get to avoiding congested areas and traffic.

Missing a Few Things

The guest room was very small. 4 adults stayed in that room. There were no bath mats for either bathroom. The dryer was broken the entire time. We did not find out about the dryer until the day of our arrival. It made it quite difficult with 6 adults. A few extra towels & wash cloths, since the dryer was broken, would have been nice. The pools for the property weren’t great. The clubhouse by the beach was under renovation. The property seemed just adequate.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time in Panama City, Florida. We loved the town house we stayed in. It was very beautiful. Loved the beach decor, loved the beds they were very comfortable, the kids loved the snacks. Very detailed step by step guide about the house and rules. The owners were quick to respond to anything we needed help with. We highly recommend going to Gulf World and visit Pier Park. Close access to the beach and pools. We miss Florida!
