Each master suite has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom! There are also two twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room! In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 22-story high-rise, only 0.4 miles from Pier Park. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Additional amenities are a poolside café with WIFI and TVs, a poolside grilling area, and 4 high-speed elevators, so there is little wait time between the FUN. The complex also has a fully-equipped fitness center overlooking the pools and the Gulf. Your resort experience will be unparalleled with everything Aqua Resort has to offer.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fun time with no worries

we had a great time at the beach. The walk to the beach was close, we had 2 beach chairs that came with the property. The pools on site were the perfect place to cool down and the property was close to EVERYTHING. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall great stay

Overall it was a great stay. One day the gate code was changed and we were not notified of the new code. And the lack of directions for where to park our 3rd vehicle was frustrating. Too many condo beach chairs set up leaving little room for visitors that dont want to pay for a chair.

Beach vacation

The property was nice. The unit was clean and very well maintained. Hosts were great with communication when I had questions/requests. Aqua was very nice. The reataurant on site is more of a snack stand but great for a slice of pizza. We enjoyed the beach and pools.

Beautiful view - nicely appointed

This was my 2nd stay at Aqua. I love the view, the sound of the surf and the sunsets. The place was comfortable, nicely appointed and was easy for check in. They don't provide much for products, such as dishwasher soap, only one kitchen towel and wash cloth, no cleaning product of any kind. The kitchen had plenty of dishware, cookware and untensils and a small pantry to store your groceries. The ice maker did not work. Overall a wonderful location and unit.

Excellent Condo with a Few Upsets

The condo was very clean, perfect location next to the elevators. The downside was that the dryer took -180 minutes or longer to dry a load. Also the skybridge and elevators were closed making it very difficult for those having to take the stairs.

The property is great. Alot of rules... Don't like that you can't sit on side of pool with a drink, even water! Very clean. Great location. Walking distance to many great eating establishments, Pier Park and Wal-Mart/Target. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends vacation

The property was just as listed. This was so refreshing as we had rentals that where misrepresented at other condos in PCB. The 2 king beds, 2 recliners and ceiling fans are items that you need when you have friends with not kids at a property. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful Aqua with the family!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed at Aqua! The unit was very clean and well appointed, and had the most beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the pier so my son could conveniently go fishing. =) We will be back!

Lovely Condo

I'm not one to write reviews, but this condo was great and the view was even better! RealJoy Vacations was wonderful and very responsive. The check-in/check-out process was easy, just make sure you print off your parking permit and instructions before you arrive. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Equipped

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Loved that there were 2 bed/bath suite rooms plus a room with twin beds for our friends children right across the hall from one of the suites. Home was very clean and equipped. Pools weren’t too over crowded & poolside bathrooms had warm outdoor showers which is nice. 2 Beachside loungers and umbrellas were great too! Great selection of board games that the children enjoyed! We realized at the end of the trip there was a boogie board and extra chairs in the closet if needed! We would stay again!

Clean unit, convenient location, would recommend!

Overall, I would recommend this condo. The condo unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit included beach service (2 chairs & umbrella). The 3rd room is very small, but was a good size for my 5 year old. The small bedroom is next to the hallway so you can hear people in the hallway. This really wasn’t a huge deal for us as there wasn’t loud foot traffic. The one negative thing is the restaurant across the street is extremely loud and can be heard clearly in the small bedroom. However, the restaurant closes at a decent hour throughout the week so wasn’t horrible. This would probably be a concern with any of the units at this condo… no fault to the owner. The condo building was also clean. Pools were nice; one outdoor, and another outdoor pool that has a portion covered. The area outside is nice and has a snack/drink bar. The location is super convenient. It is within walking distance to restaurants and about 1/2 mile from Pier Park. Elevators weren’t bad at all… some did have issues while we were there but maintenance was actively working on them and even with an elevator down, wait times weren’t horrible. One last thing to note, very dissatisfied with VRBO customer service this year. Would consider booking directly through the property management in the future.

We loved this condo! It was a great location. It was walking distance to pier park and convenient beach walk. The elevators were working and we didn’t have to wait long for them. I just wish we would’ve known about the parking fee before we arrived.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was perfect. We spent most of our time on the beach enjoying the sun and sand. The Beach service was a real plus. Made everything very easy and convenient. Overall everyone at Aqua and and Realjoy were extremely friendly and helpful. My sons left their tennis rackets behind and the property manager was able to retrieve them and then get them to the UPS Store for mailing. Now that's great service!
