Ocean view condo, just steps away from the sugary white sand and turquoise ocean and with a great location in Panama City Beach, can be your best vacation destination. Located on the 11th floor in Laketown Wharf Resort - one of the best equipped beach resorts and with great amenities. This unit has 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, plus separate Bunk beds room, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony with amazing Gulf view and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The beach is just across the street, in just few minutes walk with private beach access. Located next to Signal Hill Golf Course. In a walking distance to Walmart, liquor store, gas station, gift shops and many restaurants including one of the most popular and on the beach- Pineapple Willy's. In a walking distance to many attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, miniature golf places and much more. In just 7-10 minutes drive to the famous Pier Park shopping center and St. Andrews State Park.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*** There is one-time RESORT fee of $101 for the whole group and the whole stay, including the wristbands and the parking passes.
It is separate from the reservation and must be paid directly to the resort.
For your convenience and to avoid wait time at the front desk upon your arrival, you will receive an email or a text message with a link to register and pay the Resort fee, after your reservation is confirmed or no later than 3 days prior your arrival.

Our condo was everything it said it was and more. It was stocked with more than we expected in the kitchen to use. Plenty of towels to use and nice ones. It was a very spacious condo and furnished nicely. We love the wharf , 3rd time here. Our host responded to me quickly when asked something. Would definitely recommend and stay here again next year. The wharf is great for families and close to beach.

The property was amazing. Condo was exactly as advertised, plus more. Very clean and organized with all household items you could think of needing. We really enjoyed this condo and will definitely be booking for next year. Also, the host was very attentive and made sure everything was going as planned.

We had the most amazing experience in our condo rental! Everything was in order when we arrived and we were able to check in early! The accommodations were so welcoming clean roomy comfy beautiful decor awesome view of the ocean; we were right at home. Awesome host who checked in with us often!

Wonderful place to stay to make you feel at home. I didn’t want to leave but I’ll definitely be booking again here! Pictures do no justice. The condo is equipped with any and every thing you need to feel at home. From cooking meals to beach toys this place has it all!!!!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. There was plenty of extra bedding for the pull out couch and extra blankets to just lounge around with. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances/cookware we needed. Very beautiful view of the beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony. My kids loved that they could close the sliding door to their bunk room so they could hang and play games in there. The communication with the owner was wonderful, she checked in with us during and after our stay. I have nothing negative to say about the condo itself. It was perfect. My only complaint is about how long it takes to get on the elevators. We had to take the stairs several times. Aside from that everything was great. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!

could’ve been better

the property was beautiful at first but then after two days of taking a shower there was black mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom. there was also sand in the beds first night sleeping there. and the towels weren’t dry all the way.

Spring Break

My husband, son, daughter and I booked a last-minute trip to PCB for a spring break. I’m glad Miglena’s place was available. The location is perfect. It sits directly across from the beach and Pineapple Willy’s. The unit faces the beach which it makes it nice when sitting on the balcony. Miglena was great with communication. The pre-registration made check in super easy( I highly recommend it). There are 2 parking garages, the smaller one is closer to the unit and the elevator on that side is less crowded. The space was nice and clean. The beach chairs and boards were great amenities to have. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware & dishes. Be sure to bring seasonings with you or grab some from the store if you plan on cooking. The waffle maker was nice to have for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect place to stay

Everything was perfect and accommodating. Tons of kitchen ware including a blender, waffle maker and cleaning supplies. The amazing view of the beach was awesome! Property manager was very responsive and nice , making the booking process easy. . I cant wait to book again The decor is a whole vibe. They also had two beach chairs, surf boards, and beach umbrella. Absolutely loved the garden tub! The property has great amenities including several pools two hot tubs convenient access to the beach and pineapple Willys.

Fun times at PCB

This condo was a great property. We usually stay in private homes, but figured we would give the condo life a try. We didn’t regret it. Condo had everything we needed and beds were great to! Clean condo with lots of space!

LOCATION AND VIEW!!!

The condo is as pictured!! The view is amazing!! The location is excellent!! Convenient to everything, we walked to our destination. Right across from the beach..amenities on site (we do not recommend eating at PCB pizza & wings, though). Front desk at check-in were not so friendly and did not give direction, we had to ask. I would expect you treat everyone as if it were their first stay at all times. The elevator wait is terrible but we did see a note posted for upgrades. Despite that we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back and hopefully we can get "Blue Mind" again.

Family Vacation

Family vacation with hubby and five kids, ranging from ages 2-11. Condo was beautiful, clean, and communication with Miglena was spectacular! The only downside to this entire experience is the elevators at the resort. We walked 11 flights of stairs with five kids numerous times during our stay!
