Pinnacle Port A-140 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located on the west end of Panama City Beach, designed to accommodate up to 9 guests. With private beach access just steps away, this coastal retreat offers beautiful Gulf and pool views from the primary bedroom balcony and peaceful Lake Powell views from the living area balcony.

Your Space
Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating for movie nights, conversations after a day on the sand, or simply taking a break from the Florida sunshine. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for larger groups.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, including a Keurig, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. The dining table seats eight comfortably, making it easy to gather for breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner after exploring the area. A private washer and dryer nearby helps make longer stays more convenient, while the half bathroom on the main floor adds extra comfort for guests.

Start your mornings upstairs on the balcony with a cup of coffee while overlooking the Gulf and pool area. After a beach day, return to enjoy the sunset colors reflecting across the shoreline or take a short drive to nearby local restaurants, waterfront dining spots, and attractions along the west end of Panama City Beach and 30A.

A starter kit is provided, including kitchen supplies (paper towels, sponge, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, trashcan liners), bathroom essentials (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), towels (1 body towel & 1 washcloth per guest, 2 hand towels per bathroom), and 2 laundry pods.

Construction Notice: Please be advised that Pinnacle Port will be undergoing complex-wide construction from mid-August 2026 through July 2027. Additionally, construction is scheduled to take place in this building beginning September 14 through approximately March 15. During these periods, guests may experience daytime construction noise and temporary disruptions in common areas.

Please also note that the large pool will be closed for renovations from March 15, 2027, through June 11, 2027. Construction schedules are subject to change due to project conditions. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes these improvements.
