Beachfront OZsome Dream Come True at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort was just renovated for 2024 and is ready for your next vacation! Featuring a living area and master bedroom both overlooking the white sand beaches and emerald waters, a private balcony with access off the living room and master, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and plenty of lounge space on the leather reclining sofas. On the 6th floor, this beauty is at the ideal level to enjoy unencumbered views of the crystal clear water from both the living room and the master bedroom. Adjust your gaze just slightly down off your balcony and see the heated Tower 2 pool with waterfall, hot tub, and sun deck with free lounge chairs.

The master is fit for a king and queen! King bed, full size dresser, flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling views of the water and sand. There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has all new beds…a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk. There is access to the second bathroom in this bedroom, that bathroom also has a door from the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo, with a hand held shower wand option and movable grab bar for ones who need it. We provide a hairdryer, bath linens, and there are built in night lights. There are also 2 portable air mattresses, twin and queen, for additional bed options beyond the 4 beds in the condo. The living room features the most comfortable leather couches in EBR, with built in recliners to kick your feet up as you watch the shore or the television….or take your afternoon snooze. We added a lot of extras to make your stay more comfortable and easy! For your littlest beach goer we have a pack n play and booster high chair to use, free of charge. The pack n play has a changer and bassinet option for under 6 month old, upon request. For ALL the beach lovers no matter your age there are sand toys, volleyball & frisbee, beach chairs, umbrella, wheeled beach cart, and more in our beach supply loan closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, plus fridge with filtered water and ice maker for your coolers for your picnic on the beach. The tower 2 parking lot has the pedestrian/golf cart bridge that goes over to the clubhouse, golf course, convention center, villas, and more, so you have easy access to that part of the resort when you stay with us! We have intentionally selected a variety of puzzles, books and DVDs to have in the unit, keeping in mind the different interests and ages and the desire to have electronic-free and ad-free non-internet entertainment options during vacation!

You can eat on site beachside at Oceans and get staples at the Marketside, but walkable options for food are abundant outside the manned security gates of EBR—everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, Fast Food, and an ice cream shoppe. A new donut shop called Parlor Donuts is another must-try down Front Beach Rd. There also is shopping galore, of course! Walmart is just down Front Beach Rd from our condo and has same day delivery.

Resort fee includes one parking pass, second parking pass is available for $30 plus taxes. Edgewater Beach Resort policy is renters cannot bring pets or ESA.
