Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be declined or canceled, and applicable fees may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for all guests.

- Water Crafts, Boats, Trailer, Campers, Buses, or RV`s are not permitted.
- Balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways will not be used for hanging garments or other objects, for cleaning rugs and other household items, or for the cooking of food by any methods
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in*
- A moderate noise level shall be maintained at all times - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
-No Glass in Pool Area: For the safety of all guests, glass bottles, glassware, and any other glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers. Failure to comply may result in loss of pool privileges and/or additional fees if cleanup or damages are required.
- Arm bands must be worn by all members of the party while on property.
- All guests must comply with Oceans Door Getaways rules, the community rules, and all applicable laws. Disorderly conduct, police reports, or any rule violations will trigger an inspection of the property by Oceans Door Getaways.
- If a violation is found, the primary guest must meet with an Oceans Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal from the property with NO REFUND.
