I’d love to start with the positive….the views are incredible. They did not disappoint! The condo is spacious and the balconies are large. Our experience started with not receiving our letter with the information on the condo number and code until 30 minutes after we were supposed to be able to check in and only after sending an email. Getting into the condo late made us late getting to the rehearsal dinner for the wedding we were there for. That was stressful and frustrating. The decor while pretty was in need of some repairs. One of legs on one of the dressers was broken and canted, kind of propped up. We did email with our concern of this and there was not a reply. The couch was nice and comfy but dirty. The walls and baseboards were very dirty with multiple places where they had spackled but did not paint and other places that needed spackling but wasn’t. There were several places where it looked like something was dripping all down the walls. The sliding glass doors were so hard to open and close and were loud when trying to slide them. The description on the site said, “Our Penthouse Splash condo has been fantastically updated with gorgeous, high-end furniture and décor and features high-end, brand new HDTVs, and updated patio furniture to enhance your sunset viewing experience.” The furniture on the patio is a couple of Adirondack chairs on the main one and a high top table with 2 chairs. One of the same chairs on the other small master balcony and none on the other

Family vacation

This was mine and my family’s 4th time at splash resort and in times past the rooms have been wonderful. The online pictures were always an accurate reflection of what the room was like on arrival. This condo however was not. It was not clean at all. Even the living room furniture was dirty. The frog had to be wiped out before we could use it and it also barely kept the food cold. Icemaker didn’t work. Dishwasher was so dirty on the inside we had to run it on sani cycle to clean it before use. I typically don’t leave reviews however I was greatly disappointed in this condo.

The process to book was easy, communication was great. We did end up having an issue with the fridge and one toilet but they were quick to fix! Super friendly. The condo was super nice, lots of room! The amenities were super great! We are already planning our next visit!

Better than She explains in listing! Beautiful and just perfect

Super happy. No complaining from us at all. We had no idea there are 3 diff secluded balconies over looking the beach/ocean. I was blown away by that! The pics for sure don’t do this place justice. The master bedrooms (there are 2) are larger than I would have thought and beyond spacious for all my wife’s “stuff” lol. My parents used the back room which is enormous and way bigger then pics show as all you see was a corner in the pic. The private balcony there is very warm n charming for a couple. My parents sipped coffee early AM’s without waking my kids or my wife lol. The beds are more than comfortable, we all separately complimented them! The living room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean both the sliding door and large side windows. Just stunning. Beach chairs 2 and umbrella are free daily at beach. 4 diff pool options outside for kids and less busy or more just fans. Lazy river my youngest son who’s almost 8 couldn’t get out of, him and I did some laps pushing him in there provided tube! My 15 year old son met a great young lady and her mom, then they hung out tough for a few days. Great place. Great friendly staff all around! Happy! Oh yea, Check in is EASY! Parking pass and wrist bands made super easy and replaceable anytime you want/need more. The bar for drinkers or coffee is super reasonable in comparison to other places in PCB we’ve been in very recent history. Perfect trip. Be back. Thank you 5 stars. Enjoyed this trip

Gorgeous views & perfect condo for our family

Our family had the best time in PCB at this condo. The location was great and the views from the condo were incredible. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay even better. Nicole, the host, was easy to work with and answered all our questions in a quick response. We will definately be staying again soon! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Not very clean; BLOOD; great location

Nice big space. Not very clean. Blue toothpaste on floor (we use white, so not ours). Grandson sat in menstrual blood on toilet when we arrived. Also blood on two hand towels that were folded as clean on bathroom counterops. I was VERY upset about that. Called owner. Was told new hand towels would be delivered. Never came. Cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived at check in time. Floor was wet when we all entered making tile floors crazy slick. Bedding was clean. Couch needs cleaning. Dishes from the person before us were in dishwasher (some still dirty). View was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Dirty dishes, dirty couch, blood on towels & toilet were very very upsetting. Cleaners still cleaning when we arrived (on time; not early) and leaving other peoples dishes in dishwasher, toothpaste, blood, and wet floor upon entering were hazardous and VERY unprofessional. Lightbulbs missing from lamps, so went and bought our own bulbs. Couldnt find remote to living room fanlight. I have pics of bloody handtowels as well as dirty dishes. Had hoped for an easier experience taking 3 generations to the beach. Lackluster, for sure. Would not stay here again.

Spacious

2.5 of 5 stars for me. -Spacious BUT not 3 bedrooms as listed. There is a bunk alcove right next to the kitchen that is not closed off at all. very misleading. -Convenient bar/grill and coffee shop. Also Alvin's Island is across the st & has ice cream! -Not clean like mentioned in previous reviews. I was hopeful but had to vacuum/sweep when we got there. -Kitchen was well stocked. -only 2 soap dispensers and there are 6 sinks total -Chipped tiles in main living area so don't walk barefoot -Comfortable beds -Curtains pictured in corner bedroom not there and one of two panels in "bunk area" so not dark either. -Communication with host was good. Promptly responded to toilet issue and locating the vacuum. -Only t2 elevators for whole building so when one is down it's really really bad whether you are checking in/out or trying to get your family and wagon downstairs to the beach stopping at every single floor along the way. -The "lighthouse" water playground is covered so it's FRIGID cold & so is the pool next to it's not usable -Beach is very easy to get to and the chairs/umbrealla included were very nice upgrade -***You cannot park on not the 2nd floor if you have cargo on rooftop of SUV. You have to park on bottom floor, get on elevator up 1 story then walk across bridge and get on another elevator. It's not fun. There is no unloading zone below property, only across the street. -The sliding doors are not even close to being childproof

Amazing Stay

This condo was amazing! It’s a lot bigger than what it seems. It was clean and location was great. Great communication with host. Splash pad was amazing for my kids! We enjoyed every single minute of our vacation whether it was at the beach or pool. Definitely recommend this room for anyone. Amazing view and overall the space! Looking to stay here next year again!

Views were Incredible and Clean place for my family! Perfect

From booking this reservation, the check in process, our stay, and check out process, it was one of the best places our family has stayed. Our adult kids and grandkids had a blast and the condo was perfect for them. Nicole was easy to work with and the place looked great. We were thankful for the nice fully stocked kitchen so we could save money cooking and not eating out. It was nice to have a nice place for our family to enjoy the beach at. Splash was a hit for our kids and grandkids. They loved the pools and splashpad. Having the chair/umbrella set up on the beach was an added bonus. Thank you again Nicole for a wonderful stay! We plan to be back!

Cheap Furniture/ Nasty(Rusted) Toilet Stains

The best part of the stay is the views and it’s very spacious! That’s the only good thing, because when I was booking it the communication was awful, meaning no responses. I literally had to write, can someone please answer me. Once I got into the stay I realized the sheets had old bloody stains, the wash clothes was old and worn out, one of the beds were broken, the shower door doesn’t close, the tiles are cracked and pulled throughout the house and the dishes were dirty. I could go on about things but the part that made me very upset is I reach out to the owner and she did respond than and sent two guys out to fix my problems, well let’s just say they brought out clean sheets and told me a bed may be here tomorrow and the guys told me that they told her she needs to put more money into her place cause it’s fall apart, very cheap things! So I reached back out to her and told her it would be nice to get some of my money back because I was unhappy and I paid too much money to have dealt with those issues, well she told me, I could leave that night and she would refund me for those two nights… keep in mind it’s a party of 8 and it’s their spring break and all she could do was offer me to leave. I don’t refer this place to nobody because the pictures lie and you can’t see the reality after she gets your money! I read the other reviews and she don’t change cleaning crews either, that’s a lie! The cleaning/maintenance guys already knew about all my issues and they been told her!

Good location, Condo needs work

Starting with positives, The location and view are great! We had 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 kid in our group and had plenty of space. Unfortunately, We arrived to a very dirty property. Kitchen, floors, baseboards, couches, bedding needed washing. Really too much to list. We contacted Nicole with pictures and she was very responsive. She had the cleaning crew come back however they didn’t do anything but sent pictures that they had. We contacted Nicole with more pictures and she offered to come herself and clean. We opted to clean the place ourselves and she kindly refunded our cleaning fee. We made the best of the week. Can’t beat the view and the beach. There are quite a few maintenance issues and updates that need to be made that and a good deep clean and this place would be great! I’ve sent pictures and communicated to Nicole everything that we saw. I have no doubt she will be working on the place in addition to finding a new cleaning crew. Hopefully afterwards it will be a beautiful place for many more families to enjoy.

Actually, only issue was property wasn't ready on time. But that little issue was made up by the cleaner returning a build a bear Darth Vader that was left behind and for that I was very grateful.

This was a nice condo. Definitely big enough for 8 guests , the 4 bunk beds are nice for the kids. Big bedrooms and bathrooms! Smaller kitchen. One bedroom doesn’t have any closet space and very limited dresser space, which is fine if you are ok living out of your suitcase (would have been nice to know this in advance). That same bedroom’s master bath doesn’t have a garbage can so keeping your grocery bags will help solve that problem. The patio door in the main living room didn’t really open, we had to find a screw driver to rig it open for the duration of the stay. Seems to be just normal wear and tear on an older building. The pictures of the indoor pool and slide make the pool are look a lot bigger than what they are. The front desk/registration was always closed so hard to get any questions answered. Overall, we managed without any issues.
