Beachfront beautifully decorated Unit at the Summit.

Enjoy being close to everything at the beach and able to walk to nearby restaurants, Walmart, etc then this is your vacation spot. Newly updated unit with lots of sleeping space. Has a king size bed in master bedroom, hall has set of bunk beds and in living room a sofa that turns to a bed.
2 Large Main pools, 2 childrens pools, 1 indoor hot tub, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, water sports center, beach playground, Restaurant and tiki bar, snack bar, convenience store, fitness center, grills, arcade room, volleyball, and 24 hour security. The rooms are out dated and need deep cleaning, bathroom really need to be updated and everything need a deep full cleaning, stove has not been cleaned in a while, bath tub knobs look like mud has built up in it. The room really need to be clean it is not fair nor nice to charge that much to rent yours rooms and not clean them well. Don't take my word, go in and take a look at the spots that I mentioned really needs attention. The outside was clean but the room. No. No.

This was our second time staying in this condo at The Summit PCB, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first!Pros: The location is excellent—right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The king bed and bunk beds were very comfortable, and the A/C kept the condo nice and cool. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean when we arrived. The owner was extremely responsive to messages, which we really appreciated. There are lots of beach rentals and activities available, plus live entertainment at the pool, which made it even more fun.Cons: The elevators were hot and a bit slow, and the kids said the pull-out couch wasn’t very comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again!

We had a pleasant experience. I did speak with owner about a few things wrong like mold and the air not cooling part of the condo. She was very aware of the situation and plans to renovate during off season. Everyone there was very friendly and the only complaint as for the building itself was lack of air in elevators and I was temporarily stuck at one point when it stuck on a floor. I had to hold button down to make it the me to the floor. Scary moment and very hot. I would stay there again in the future.

Calgon take me away

We stayed at this property with a few of our daughter's friends to celebrate her 17th birthday and graduation. While I didnt enjoy the thought of bringing several people along what would have normally been a quick romantic getaway for me and my husband, this location is perfect, and the property itself had plenty amenities that assisted in keeping the teens entertained. I have been visiting the Summit for many years and i can see the effort and improvements that are invested into the property. The speed of the elevators improved tremendously, the staff were constantly cleaning, sweeping and keeping things tidy, and everyone was very hospitable. Our accommodations were great for a family of five. The condo was clean and spacious. My only comment for improvement was that the tv remote didnt work in the master bedroom. All else was fantastic, including the very responsive host.

Last minute spring break trip

Considering this was a last minute trip to allow my youngest son who’s a senior in high school to enjoy spring break weekend. This was a great stay for us at an affordable price. The condo is nice and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beach and the strip. The location isn’t too far from the strip if you’re one of those people who does not want to be in the center of everything. I would recommend this condo and plan to return. Just a heads up for those who fear heights as myself the walkway to and from the unit is on the outside and slightly narrow or a bit to close to the edge for me but I got through it. Hope everyone else enjoys their stay.

Beach Family Vacation

Definitely Not 2 bedroom as advertised. Did have Murphy bed in living room which was nice. Unit does need some minor repairs. One issue was reported to owner, she responded quickly but wasn’t repaired until our 5th day. Great location, beautiful beach. Pool closed early, around dusk, not good for those who wish to avoid the sun and swim in the evening. Only 2 elevators working so elevators were quite crowded so wait could be a little long at times. We did not let these small issues impact our trip. A great time was had by all. PCB is one of our favorite places…..

It worked

The room was nice. The master bed was terrible for comfort, and had major dips in it. The communication with the owner was very good and quickly responded. The building was awful. The elevators were constantly broken causing mass overflow of people waiting. This happened two years ago too, and I hear it never changes. The pools and hot tubs said they closed at 11PM, but closed at 8PM every night. The tiki bar was a plus to the pool area.

Beautiful location

We have rented this property before and this is a beautiful location. Very family friendly but also good for a group of adults. Everything is located close to the room. Renter communicates very well. She is always quick to text and work though any problems. I would def stay here again

Unit is just as listed, very clean, and updated. My daughters and I went down Nov. 2023. My younger daughter is recovering from surgery and uses a wheel chair so we were looking forward to afternoon swimming and hot tub use. Unfortunately the Summit advertises the pools/ hot tubs are open until 11:00 p.m., (sign in elevators say the same) and that was not the case while we were there. The security guard closed the pools and outdoor hot tubs everyday around 4:45 p.m.. The weather was fairly warm and afternoon swimming was our plan to be able to do her water therapy and not interfere with any kids playing at peak times. The security guard also closed the gate to the beach around 6:30??? The indoor hot tub was locked up and looks to have been out of order for a long time. This unit is very clean and well kept. We especially liked the fact that it has not been smoked in. We enjoyed the unit and would like to come back in the future. I would recommend if afternoon swimming is a preference, learn from me, call ahead and make sure of any odd closings. With the pools /hot tub closing so early it left us without many options except sitting on the balcony since getting out is hard for her at this time. Again this unit is very clean and well taken care of.

Fall break

The condo was nice and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the location to the beach, the tiki bar and bikini bobs were also great bonuses. We got ice cream and drinks at bikini bobs and also went down to the store by the pool for coffee in the mornings. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.

Our first day arriving to the condo my 2 year old daughter was injured within only 3 hours of being in the room on a piece of metal sticking out of the couch. We had to take my daughter to the emergency room as she had a laceration on her stomach from the couch. I contacted the property manager and requested to speak with the property owners and was told they would contact me and that never happened. Now the property manager has my number blocked so I can not contact her. She has been very unprofessional and has not been concerned about my daughter. The couch was still in our room and was never fixed or replaced. Our trip was very hard as my daughter could not get in the pools or ocean due to an open wound. We are highly unsatisfied with the way this has been handled and the lack of concern. I’m not even convinced the actual owners were notified about the incident by the property manager. We are now looking to take legal actions. I highly do not recommend. God forbid someone else gets injured in this room because the owners and the property manager DO NOT CARE. The actual owners either A. Don’t care because they never even called to check on my daughter or B. We’re never notified. Either way very unprofessional. Not to mention the mirror in the bedroom is in the floor, the mirror in the bathroom isn’t hanging either and is just sitting on the counter and is sideways. Anytime a door opens the pictures on the walls shake like they are going to fall off the wall.

Great room!

The condo was great! It was just the right size for me family of 3 for the week. The kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and beds were good as well. The beach access was right off of the condos 1st floor. The elevators in the complex are frustrating, but that isn’t anything the owners can help. I will definitely being renting again though.
