THIS CONDO IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH ANTI-BACTERIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT KILL 99.9% OF GERMS

This is an amazing 5th floor condo with views you will remember forever! Your immediate view from your private balcony is of the large two pool complex, the beautiful sugar sands beach, and the beautiful Gulf's emerald waters. The master bedroom and the living area are Gulf Front. The resort is gated and loaded with amenities. You can stay on site and have a great time or enjoy the mecca of entertainment that in renown in Panama City Beach. If you have never visited the white sand beaches here you are in for a very special experience. The beaches are beautiful! Just pick you favorite spot and ENJOY! The balcony offers a view east and west as far as the eye can see where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. .

The master has a king size bed with views of the ocean and the second bedroom has a queen and a full bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area which also has beach views. Two full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. There is also a great exercise room for your enjoyment. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do!

At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving, snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach as there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!

The location is perfect as Regency Towers is convenient to all the local attractions and the traffic is much less on this East end of the beach. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. We are extending our southern hospitality to you as we want to share our piece of paradise! Acceptable!

It was all right except for the fire alarm that was covered over and went off every 1 minute. Owner was nasty about our complaints. Needs to get electrician to take it out. Thank goodness there were doors we could close to bedroom so we could sleep.

Regency was awesome, the condo not as much

Regency was great and would stay again but not at this rental: Top of dishwasher didn’t work Couldn’t use the blinds in either bedroom The master shower didn’t have hot water, took cold showers in there all week because we had 6 people The tv didn’t work when I got in because the outlet it was plugged into the top outlet didn’t work so had to fix that off the bat There was mold in the doorway of the laundry room Communication with chase was shotty and the other lady I can’t even tell you her name because she never responded to me

Fishing and Beach

The property had plenty of room for 2 couples to stay and not be crowded. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. Other than a hiccup when arriving to get a parking pass, the rest of the trip went smoothly. Double red and red flag warnings kept the pools busy. Everyone was very courteous where the elevators were concerned which was nice. Easy walk to Schooners and short drive to marinas.

Nice location and great view.

This condo was nice but could really use updating in kitchen and bathrooms. Beds could also use updating of mattresses including sofa mattress. I found it more comfy to pull couch cushions off and sleep on them on the floor then to use mattress in couch.

Nice , clean place to enjoy the beach.

The condo is clean, and overlooking the ocean. Its on the 5th floor which is positive, because there are only 2 elevators and its super crowded. So you can take the stairs. But the staircase is really nasty and stinky. The pools are big and clean.

One and Done Kinda Stay

No issues with check in and friendliness of staff. Issues are with the complex. From having to park in overflow across the street on a random lot, to age of the building and a horrible smell. Even more is the ridiculous single elevator that can’t handle the amount of people staying on site which takes forever to pick you up or drop you off. Low ceilings in the stairs that will knock you out if you’re over 5 foot, being greeted by roaches at the entrance to the building, and the line of trash cans they probably live in next to the stairs/elevators. That’s your complex that greets you before you get to the condo. Now the condo: Don’t expect anything 4 or 5 star, unit is old and it shows. I’d advise spending a little money and work on updating furniture that aren’t wore out and upgrading all bedding to the 21st century. Springs gouging your back isn’t fun. Lol Shower heads are from the 80’s and have a mind of their own as they gradually aim at the side wall while you shower, along with popcorn ceilings throughout that’s peeling in areas. Stayed there one night and gone. Oh, AC kicks on and off continuously and you never have a steady temp. Have fun all!

Unit 509

This unit was booked with the given impression that it had recently undergone a remodel completed by 4/20/21. We are not sure what was remodeled or what it looked like before. We were told we were the first to stay in this unit since the remodel. Photos of the unit at booking was of another unit notably with a similar floor plan layout. I had to clean all the windows, glass doors, and glass table due to all the streaks. There was a large hole in the living room screen door. Both bedroom doors would not close unless forced. Closet doors in the master bedroom would not close. We could smell weed coming from both sides of the unit from the balcony which we cannot blame the owners for, but it did affect our stay. The older lady working security at the front gate was probably one of the nicest people who worked there and was quite helpful. The woman at the front desk who checked us in "did not want to be there" every time we communicated with her. Pool area was very clean, great beach access, parking was fine. Great communication with Chase, one of the owners, He was super helpful and provided us with numerous restaurant suggestions. Chase was equally prompt to check on concerns that we had.
