The kitchen is perfect for a quick snack or a full meal- with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, it includes all small appliances and utensils, and overlooks the living area. With tile throughout, the modern and bright furnishings make this a vacation paradise. The living area has a sectional couch for plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie or game nights.

The Master bedroom is a retreat unto itself- it has a gorgeous King bed, a flat screen TV and a private slider to the wrap around balcony. The en suite bathroom has DOUBLE sinks, a soaker bathtub, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The second bathroom has an extended vanity and a shower tub combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a king bed. Very nice

Very nice and spacious. There were a couple of issues that we had. One Of the stove burners did not work which took me longer to prepare my Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The maker had dilled the freezer there no place to put my frozen foods in the freezer. Abd there were so many ants in the kitchen. So it was a Ok stay.

nice place, but needs maintenance, unit has some issues

They were some problems with this property, the toilet in one of the bedrooms did not work properly, and no one called back about it after it was reported as not working, There were no hairdryers in the unit, and it would have been nice to have known that so that we could have brought one with us. There was a problem with the fridge that made it difficult to close the freezer drawer, which was reported at the same time as the toilet issue

We enjoyed our stay

The location is good, right on the beach. The only thing is you need to get to another place to get cart for loading packages. The road outside of the hotel is under construction, not good for walk. It's clean and have most of kitchen tools that needed. The main ceiling light in the living room does not work, fortunately there are other lights, so it was fine. The view is wonderful. I like the bright color decoration in the apartment. We had a good time.

Family Vacay 2024 @ 2901

The stay was awesome. My family and I will be returning next year around the same time. Pre-check in was quick and easy. Loved the ocean and the city view. Just FYI: The wall vents need cleaning bad. the ice maker was nasty. Wasn’t able to use it. Overall my family and I Really enjoyed our 5 day stay. See ya next year

Unclean and far from luxurious.

This place was filthy. There were clumps of hair on the floor of one of the bedrooms. There was a used QTip on the floor of bathroom. There was a layer of dust on the headboard of the bed. Showers/tubs were filthy looking, you needed to wear shower shoes. The return air vent was disgusting, covered with so much dust. The bed in the main bedroom had the box spring and mattress laying on the floor, making it very difficult to get in and out of. The fourth “bedroom” was nothing more than a closet with a bed shoved in it; no dresser, TV or window. The bed literally touched each wall. The frame for that mattress wasn’t big enough allowing the mattress to droop. At least three of the elevators weren’t working and what did work was extremely slow. It was nothing to have to wait 15 or minutes. We used VRBO last year for the first time and it was amazing, but after this year, I don’t know that I’ll use it again.

Black mold in and around vents. Pictures misleading

Black mold in and around vents. Extra pillows and bedding were dirty. Armbands from previous renters left in the apartment. I was told by customer service that they were extras in case we lost our wristbands, then the "extras" were collected by the Tidewater staff. Check out instructions stated to leave wrist bands in apartment. No blinds on one of the floor to ceiling patio door. All white is hard to keep clean and the property is very dingy. I had to rent another property due to my elderly parents having respiratory issues and not wanting them sleeping in an apartment with black mold. Was told by management that mold is a common occurrence in Florida and that she is sorry the inspector could not reach the vents without a ladder to clean them before we arrived. Requested to have maintenance come and fix all issues. Rented the apartment for 5 days, and maintenance did not come until day 3. He could not finish due to lack of supplies and had to come back the following day. Jeff from maintenance was extremely nice and professional. The blinds were never put up due to them being so unique and not having replacements according to Jeff. Tried several times to speak with management via phone, but never got an answer or received a call back. Management only communicated through email. Will not do business with Vacation Life Properties again.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect! The only complaint would be the amount of chemicals they put in the indoor pool, my son actually got a chemical burn on his face. There are two other outdoor pools so we just avoided the indoor. We will definitely stay again next spring break!

As described

Overall the location and amenities were very nice. I had read some of the previous reviews about kitchen gadgets and oven mitts so I brought my own, only to discover that the owners took the feedback and had purchased those items. ☺️ there were a few minors issues upon checkin but as soon as we contacted the property manager the issues were quickly resolved in a friendly professional manner. My only suggestion would be to add a soap holder to the master shower but not sure how that would work due to the design. The location was great and the view amazing.

Beautiful condo. Went in December so the property wasn't busy and didn't have to wait for elevators or anything. Enjoyed the stay. Will say though all the "rules" and fines you get after you book are quite intimidating.

Beautiful Condo with great views

The condo was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. It had the normal wear and tear of a rental and could have used a deep cleaning to clear up window smudges and dust around the ceiling areas/vents, along with the buildups in the kitchen appliances, hence the 4 stars for cleanliness, but that is to be expected. The location was great. Very close to pier park, but if you are walking, walk the beach because there really isn't much when it comes to sidewalks to get there. The amenities of the property are great. Don't forget to check out the spa areas located inside the workout room. We didn't have issues with the elevators like I've seen in some of the other posts, but we also came during the off season. The only real "complaint" I had isn't really a compliant, but more of a suggestion for the owner. The kitchen really could use some additional items. Our family likes to cook instead of spend so much money eating out, however the kitchen didn't have some of what we would consider the essentials. There wasn't a washcloth/sponge or any pot holders to pull things from the oven. There wasn't a strainer or a pan large enough to fry bacon for a large family, nor was there a griddle. The freezer insert was backwards so the freezer wouldn't shut right, but we figured it out and fixed it. Everything else was wonderful. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable and we loved the second suite with a bathroom for my mother in law. Overall, it was great. We would stay again.

Spectacular Views

My family and I loved the property. Love the views from the 29 floor. We watched a turtle go by every morning while having coffee. The rates were great. Saw complaints about the elevators but we didnt really have any problems. Of course if you're on the 29 floor you're going to have to wait a minute or so. Overall we had a great time.

This was a beautiful condo with amazing views! Kitchen towels and pans could be better. Checkout email is not clear. Checkout was 10 a.m. and the door code was turned off at 10 a.m. We were told there was a $50 fee for each half hour after checkout. So, we took the trash to the chute and came back to the room to get our luggage to leave at 10:02 and we were locked out. 10:02, really?? If this was going to be done, it shoukdve been very clearly disclosed, and even reminders sent. Overall, we loved it, but this was a 30 minute mess trying to leave.

Great stay!

Lovely views and wonder beach. Property was as described. Lots of room. A couple of things could be improved. First two of the shower curtains had mold. The bed in the main bedroom was very strange. The mattress was lower than the bed frame. In the small bedroom the bed frame was only under 2/3 of the bed. Everything else was very nice!

End of summer getaway :)

Six of us wanted a getaway and this was the perfect place. The rooms are set up nicely and the views are amazing from the 29th floor. Perfect location for getting to Pier Park and a short drive to 30A. Having the on-site store was nice and sneaking down for ice cream was perfect. The only thing I will say that is a negative is the wait for elevators. Don’t try to use during check in or out hours. This is the first time staying in such a large hotel so some may be use to that. Overall a great place. Would stay here again.

Fourth bedroom is not a bedroom It’s a walk in closet with beds and not closet or dresser.

We won’t stay here again. If you stay here go off season or wait for elevator is unacceptable. The built in ice maker in our unit was broken and had been a looooong time you can see the mildew. No ice maker in refrigerator. There was a small igloo ice maker good for one person they bought cheap on Amazon, we had 8 adults and a cooler. When we called maintainence for issues they never showed up. This unit has no bathroom doors except hall bath so you share your aroma with the group. Nasty. Otherwise the unit was fine, clean enough and beds were comfortable. No dresser or closet in walk in closet made into 4th bedroom so only acceptable for kids.
