Escape to paradise at our tropical oasis in beautiful Panama City Beach! Located 0.2 miles (5 min walk) from the beach, this one level casa boasts a laid-back vibe with everything you need to enjoy your own slice of paradise. Savor the beach life with a cold drink in hand, as you breathe in that salty sea air.

We welcome all behaved dogs with no size restrictions. Our casa is in a quieter family-friendly neighborhood that allows our friends to enjoy the emerald waters and sugar white sands of Sunnyside Beach, FL without all the crowds. We are located on the west end of Panama City Beach.

Decorated with vibrant hues and beachy accents, the casa exudes a fun and playful energy, just like the lyrics of a classic Jimmy Buffett tune. Cook up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or fire up the grill for al fresco dining, while you hum along to "Margaritaville" or "Cheeseburger in Paradise."

With 4 bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, this casa is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends or family, where life is just a beach away.

Some of the amenities our home offers are a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, kids dishes/utensils, high speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), propane grill, outdoor dining area, rainy day games, yard games, smart TVs, free parking, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central AC and a screened-in lanai. We offer a 4-person gas golf cart for no extra charge.

A one-time per trip $100 pet fee will be added for pets.

Since we do not charge extra for the golf cart and it is included as a free perk, if the golf cart is not working properly a refund will not apply. They cost $100-$200/day to rent from local golf cart rental companies depending on the season.

We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the beach.

** NOTE: Use of the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, does not function or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy.

Great comms with owner and easy checkin. Beach is nice, easy 3 block walk or use cart, with good size parking at beach. We did both. We visited a couple other areas as well on 30A. Cart worked great, kitchen pretty well stocked, and nice supply of beach accessories if you need something. Home worked well for us.

Convenient and Comfortable

Property and location was great. Fully fenced in back yard was great for my dog. Fence has some gaps so be aware if you have a very small dog. Comfortable beds and pillows. You will have everything you need and you will be comfortable at the property. Golf cart is great for getting to and from the beach. Tons of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Rosemary beach is about 10 minutes away as well.

Quiet and comfy

We loved this 4 bedroom home on a quiet street in walking distance to the beach. The property was just as described and was very comfortable and spacious! We had everything we needed for the week and plan to be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing place

House was functional as well as beautiful. Owners have thought of every need a guest may have. Sarah and Gary were the best hosts, even responding immediately to the need to see a play-off football game ! We did not use the golf cart due to weather conditions. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The back yard was perfect for the dogs. Also the property is about a 15 minute walk to beach. No dogs allowed, however.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect. Very inviting! And had everything we needed for your stay. We had our family of 5 and my parents. We all had enough room and never felt cramped. The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs. And the golf cart was a bonus and we were very thankful for it because it did make it so much easier going back and forth to the beach. It was a great get away and we even were able to stay an extra night :). Already looking forward to our next trip or just like the owners a place of our own in PCB.

As Advertised

Just leaving the beach house and I can happily say that this property is as advertised. It was the first time I had ever rented a property or used VRBO so I was a little afraid of being disappointed or ending up with a vacation nightmare story. Thank God it ended up exceeding my expectations. The home is very clean which has the upmost importance to us. There were 9 of us staying in the house. All the bedrooms had enough space to where nothing felt crampt. I really enjoyed spending time in the lanai while my two yorkies played in the fenced back yard. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk through a nice neighborhood. The property owners provided a golf cart and beach supplies such as beach chairs and beach umbrellas, which came in handy because we forgot our chairs at home. Overall everyone was very happy with the location and the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

CLEAN, Quiet, and Family Friendly home. Perfect space for our family.

Gary & Sarah's home is in a great location. It's on the quieter end of PCB. We didn't want to deal with the crowds down on the east end, so we decided to stay here this year. The home was nicely done. Very comfortable & clean. Great floor plan with four bedrooms which allowed our large family to spread out - There were 6 of us! The outdoor patio was nice when we came back from the beach. We loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach and back. No issues with finding parking. We also walked there a time or two and it wasn't long at all. We brought our dog and have a toddler and they both loved running around in the backyard. The owners thought of everything. They even had dog bowls and toddler dishes for us to use. We will absolutely be back.

R&R

Our family was long overdue for some R&R away from home. Gary and Sarah’s place was a perfect fit to fill that need. The home was spacious, had a large kitchen and dining area. The house was in perfect condition and you can really tell they put a lot of effort into making it great. We loved the screened-in patio and fenced back yard for our dogs. Gary and Sarah were very responsive with answers to our questions. We enjoyed the beaches and even went down to Dog Beach near Pier Park. We used the beach gear too which was nice because we forgot to pack a lot of it. They provided a cooler, wagon, some beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella. We hated to leave, but we will be back!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation Home

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental near the beach. I have to say that it was such a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and comfort of the rental. First of all, the location couldn't be better. The rental is just a stone's throw from the beach, and we loved being able to walk there and spend the day playing in the sand and surf. The area is family-friendly, so we felt safe and at ease letting our kids explore and play on their own. As for the rental itself, it was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was cozy and inviting. We literally felt like we were at home with all the necessities. One thing that really stood out to us was the attention to detail when it came to making the space family-friendly. There were plenty of toys and games for the kids to play with and other thoughtful touches that made them feel right at home. As parents, we felt like the rental was a safe and comfortable place for our family to spend time together. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental near the beach to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly vacation spot. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again! We are already planning to work with Sarah and Gary again!

Family spring break trip!

I recently rented a beach house for a weekend getaway with my family and friends, and our experience was fantastic! The rental property was just as described, and the pictures on the website were accurate. When we arrived, the house was clean and tidy, and we could immediately tell that it had been well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The amenities were great, too - we had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, and there were plenty of towels and linens provided. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the hosts, Gary and Sarah. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and they made the whole process very easy and stress-free. Overall, I would highly recommend this beach house rental to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation at the beach.
