Stunning views of the gulf from this quaint 3rd floor condo! Cooled by central air conditioning and ceiling fans, this condo's ready to be your personal base for relaxation. The main bedroom is right by the front door, so you can sink into bed after your long flight to the Sunshine State. The bedroom includes a private entrance to the bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination. The hallway bunk beds (each with their own individual reading light) are ideal for younger guests or adults. Also a bonus sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep up to 2 adults. Cook up breakfast in the full kitchen with views of the gulf! In addition to the beach, guests have access to a beautiful shared outdoor pool and hot tub for the perfect beach experience.

Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just under two miles away). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over six miles away! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo.

Best place to stay in PC

This was the best stay we have ever had in PC. The place is secure and well staffed. Security guards throughout the property that are fair to all guests. None were unreasonable. Every morning somebody was cleaning the pool and the lower lobby. It was peaceful and didn’t have the crazy that can be found at other places. We will be back!

Great Condo

We have stayed at other properties in Panama City Beach and we have also stayed in several other units at Boardwalk and this unit has been our best experience. Very nicely upgraded with very rich and tasteful decor. We had a wonderful week!!!

Perfect spring break location

I decided fairly last minute to take my mom and two young children to the beach for spring break and I’m so glad we picked this location! The property was clean, the staff was extremely nice, my unit was perfectly kept. We actually loved it so much. We’re gonna be going back this summer. Other reviews have said they’re pretty strict on the ground and at the pool but rightfully so due to insurance reasons For those that owned the property. The kids can still have fun. They just need to behave which I appreciate even for my own children! Definitely take the plunge and stay at this property.

Panama City Beach Condo

This was the perfect place to stay.Beautifully decorated and well equipped for our two week stay.It is within walking distance to many places and easy to drive around.We also enjoyed the golf course across the road.

Great Fall Break Getaway!

The condo was beautiful and clean. Great location at the Boardwalk. Perfect for a family of four with kids. The only thing I could suggest would be an iron/ironing board. Luckily, we had family staying in the same building and we borrowed theirs. Would definitely book this condo again!

Family vacation

We had a great time! The resort wasn’t in the best shape, and they were super strict about their rules. But the room was nice, clean, comfortable and had great pool/beach accessories. Check in/out was super easy! We would love to visit again

Beautiful

This place was breath taking. Very comfortable, it makes you feel like home. It was spotless, beds were very comfortable, I love how the kitchen faced the ocean. The patio’s chairs were very comfortable we sat out there all the time. I would stay here again.

Early Spring break vacation

Our unit on the 3rd floor gave us great views of the pool, beach and ocean. Since it was early spring break, March7-12, it was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The weather was very cool so we really couldn't enjoy as much as we normally would, but sitting on the balcony we were able to watch everything going on and get some sheltered sun. Our room was very nice. It was clean and well supplied. Our only complaint is the mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced. There are indentations on each side where people have laid and makes it hard to get out of the "bowls", as i call them. Would definitely request this same unit again in the future.

Positive reviews are spot on!

Pictures and condo description exceeded expectations! From a friendly security check-in, parking, luggage carts, to (multiple) elevator up to condo, it was all a smooth easy process. The condo is welcoming and beautifully updated top to bottom! A CLEAN and charming ocean front condo with heated outdoor pool and steps from the beach. The grounds are well kept and visible maintenance and security are present around the clock. One small note, a large skillet would have been nice to cook with, but definitely more the enough, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, dishes, etc in kitchen. Full coffee pot and Keurig machine! Only bummer was learning fitness center is only for owners, not guests. Otherwise accommodation and host is win here!

Spectacular view of Beach!!

Throughly enjoy my stay at the Boardwalk. Condo was nicely appointed and very clean. Really enjoy having the Tiki bar and small restaurant on site. Food was very good, didn’t need to leave the resort. I would definitely come back for another stay😊.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary trip! The condo was super clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen a few meals during the week. Nice TV in the living room and comfortable furniture to lounge after a long day at the beach!! The AC had an issue keeping temp. I had it set on 68 and it never got below 72. I tried to check the filter but I’m pretty sure it’s in the locked closet. The water pressure in the shower is pretty low. Also, one of the pool security guards is a bit over the top. Haha. All-in-all I’d give a 9/10 rating! We certainly would love to stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

Amazing first time PCB experience for me, and a great experience for my friend who traveled with me who visits PCB yearly. The condo was clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs in the storage closet, which meant we didn’t have to spend $$ on renting or buying our own. Rules are a bit strict around the pool area, which was annoying at times, but totally understandable to keep the property as nice and as safe as possible. Security was on point and very friendly. By the end of the week, we honestly felt like owners because the staff knew us so well. I think the property could do better at monitoring smoking on balconies and loud noise at night. We had a near fire incident with the neighbor who left cigarettes burning in a can next door on the balcony. Luckily this was the last couple days of our stay and it really didn’t affect us much. I do wish that we would have been provided just a bit more paper products, especially when staying an entire week. We had to buy an extra roll of tp and paper towels (which wasn’t a big deal, just not something we thought of when we first went to the grocery). The coffee supply with creamer and sweetener was a nice touch. Kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed except an air fryer. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and we will absolutely be booking this unit every year for our trip to PCB! Looking forward to coming back often.

Amazing Gulf View

Unit is recently renovated and was very clean. Location is close to all major attractions and restaurants while on the less busy side of the beach. The view of the gulf from the 3rd floor is absolutely beautiful! This is a perfect unit for a small family or even a couple. The balcony door lock was seized from rust upon arrival but we were able to get it moving with WD-40. We were a little disappointed that the kids splash pad was closed for our entire stay, as it was a reason we booked this unit. Overall, this is an amazing unit and great place to stay in PCB.
