This property is just east of Seagrove Beach and west of Camp Creek, "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Ramsgate has incredible views of the sugar white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There's a wide lawn in front of the building that's perfect for outdoor games with the family, and a boardwalk to the beach for added convenience. Located on the 30A bike path--close to restaurants, spas, and art galleries/shops of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and The Big Chill; many bike and kayak rentals.

Just a 7-minute ride east and you're in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. You can enjoy many activities, such as biking and kayaking, with Ramsgate 1's convenient location! The Big Chill is a nearby community center for Prominence and is only a short 1 mile from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
