3 Story Beach House 3 soverom 3 fullt utstyrte bad med køyeseng.

Første etasje har en King suite med uttrekkbar sovesofa i dømen som har en bar og full størrelse kjøleskap. Stor uteplass som har uteservering ved bassenget med panoramautsikt over Gulf. Vaskerommet setter seg til siden på vei opp trappen mot hovedoppholdet.

Hovedetasjen åpner til et stort oppholdsrom med over 12 fothvelvede tak som ville være midtpunktet i filmopplevelsen din med surroundlyd og en stor skjerm satellitt-TV med DVD-spiller. Det andre soverommet med den lille private balkongen setter seg av det store åpne kjøkkenet med en frokostbar og nattlys omgivende belysning. Spisestuen har et unikt stort trebord med plass til 8 og tilgang til en stor balkong med utsikt over bassenget og Mexicogolfen.

3. etasje King Master suite har sittegruppe med en 60 'Samsung flatskjerm HD TV og walk-in closet. Nyt spektakulær utsikt over bukten fra Gulf fra sitteområde til master balkong. Master badet har en stor walk-in 6 'X 8' dusj dobbel forfengelighet privat sminke stasjon med separate hans og hennes toaletter og mye diskplass. Køyeområdet ligger i denne etasjen til siden av hallen.

Parkering for 2 biler i oppkjørselen og 5 biler på baksiden av huset (Gulf side).
Karusellen Supermarket ligger rett ved siden av for mat og husholdnings shopping behov.

We loved staying here! The house is comfortable and decorated very nice! It’s close to great places to eat and the Carousel grocery store is within walking distance and a great place to go! The pool is great and they had lots of beach chairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Wouldn’t stay again

The house is in a great location with Pier Park being a short 10 minute drive one way while all the great 30a beaches, shops, and restaurants being a short 13-20 minute drive the opposite way! There is a grocery store right next door. The house has so much room that you could easily have a few families staying. Even though we were told there were not beach chairs, there actually were some in the garage. Now for the negatives and why I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of towels throughout the house was a shock to me! One kitchen towel. One hand towel for each bathroom sink and only 2 bath towels for each bathroom. This was far less than needed even for just my family of 5! We had to wash towels daily which I would prefer not to do while on vacation! The tiles on the balcony’s and pool area are all busted and crumbled. Your feet got filthy just walking out to a chair. It was hard to enjoy time outside because of this. The windows were so filthy that you couldn’t see out of them! We stayed for 13 days and there wasn’t a window cleaner there once during our stay. The front beach road in front of the house gets very busy and noisy! We were woke up before the sun came up every morning. The beach parking is very busy right in front of the house also! The pool is a whole situation and not ideal! Cold, dirty, and not enjoyable! This was the reason we booked this house. The blinds are horrible throughout and some of the windows were oven moldy and not properly sealed.

Wonderful stay.

The property was in great condition in the most ideal location imaginable. Private parking, steps from the gulf on a quiet stretch of beach, grocery/liquor store a short walk to the right, donut/pizza/ice cream shop a short walk to the left. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs/toys which was an unexpected surprise. Overall we had a great stay. The pool was in substandard condition and the property manager was not able to get anyone out to help. I understand based on location the sand in the pool is unavoidable but it only ran occasionally and was often just still water. The property manager did promptly have a locksmith out when a problem with a door arose. Truly would have been an out of this world experience if the pool was cleaner, as the rest of the property couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family first

Idk how long this house has been here but we have come to PCB for 12 yrs now, and for the longest time my kids have wanted to stay here. I gotta say it’s one of the best experiences we have had, nothing better than having all your kids and adult kids under 1 roof to enjoy your favorite place in the world. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and make lasting memories. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We love this house! We booked it two summers in a row. It’s spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet area, but a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to a supermarket and Thomas donuts. The beach area isn’t crowded at all. We love the private pool! Can’t wait to go back!!

Quiet Location- Peaceful get away!

Great location- clean, quiet, quick access to beach, and very accurate representation of property. Each floor has a bedroom so there is plenty of space to spread out for your own space to unwind during the evenings. View was awesome. Dinner on the balcony were great with plenty of room for the crowd. The property is far enough away from the crazy traffic and tourist spots but able to drive there very quickly for shopping and dinners.

Beautiful home, great location but a few minor issues.

This house was the perfect location and had every amenity we needed. Upon arrival we did find a massive grease spill on the patio area by the pool from the grill. We called 4 star condo and reported it and was told a cleaning crew would be dispatched; however, in our 7 day stay no one ever came to clean it up. In order to prevent this spill being blamed on us, we instead cleaned up the grease ourselves prior to departure. The home is beautiful but there are some minor cosmetic things that need to be repaired. Second floor bedroom had a broken lamp, the doorknob in master bath was missing from the inside, the coffee pot in the main kitchen needs replacing (there is a Keurig but it appears it may have not been descaled in some time). There were not enough towels and washcloths for everyone and we had to purchase some but other than these small repairs and linen issues, this house was PERFECT and we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider renting this home again.

Great Home With Great Location

This home was just as the listing said! The only trouble we had was the check-in process, which was mainly because we messed up some info on the paper work. The mini-market next store is extremely convenient and the house had plenty of parking. So easy to get on the beach as well! Overall I would definitely stay here again in a big group like we did or with family.

Great stay!

What a wonderful week we had! Tons of space! We loved the privacy of the pool and location of the ocean was so close! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job! The house was immaculate! We loved every aspect of our stay and hope to be back next year!

Very nice beach home with everything needed.

This house is beautiful and offers all you need. It has plenty of space for 3 families . The beds all Slept very well, furniture was comfortable, it was clean and the only thing I can think of that we needed was some plastic storage containers, as we cooked in a lot. It is conveniently located next door to a grocery. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in Laguna Beach, FL

The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach. It's conveniently close (less than a block) from a grocery store and there's a doughnut/ice cream shop again about a block in the opposite direction. The home is very clean as I wiped down common surfaces as an extra precaution and I didn't pick up anything. We had an absolute wonderful stay, but there are several reasons why my review is 4 * rather than 5. Here are some suggestions to the property management/owners: 1. The property is a beach house/home so you should provide beach towels for your guests. 2. The grill didn't work and a maintenance person diligently came out the following day after notifying the management company. This was at the beginning of our stay so we thought that we'd get a new grill as per the maintenance person recommendation, but 5 days later and no grill and it was time to leave. The grill had seen better days waaaay before our stay. It would've been nice to be able to use one. 3. The property has a beautiful pool, that unfortunately is NOT heated. For the amount per night in the summer, the pool should be heated. I understand that the current system broke multiple times, but owners should invest $s into the property and replace it. Overall a wonderful stay and an easy 5 * if the above mentioned suggestions are addressed.

Perfect

We loved staying here! It was everything we could have imagined and more! Perfect for our two families to stay, and enough space to not feel like we were cooped up or crowded. We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the ocean, and the grocery store was a short walk next door. We brought our 11 month old, and we felt very comfortable with her walking/crawling around on the floor. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend! We will be coming back!

Wow! This property doesn’t disappoint!

The overall location and amenities of this property warrants the high rating alone! There are 3 suites with private living areas - perfect for 3 families who want plenty of room for spacing out. The beach is literally across the street and an easy walk to the ocean (level ground) for anyone traveling with seniors. The grocery store is far enough away that you don’t get any noise or foot traffic from that, yet close enough to walk over for necessities. The pool was the perfect size and enjoyed by all ages! The rental company was very attentive and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Someone took a lot of time making this the “perfect” getaway and it shows. I would highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again soon! The only glitch we had was that many of the doors either didn’t lock or were very difficult to lock including the gate to the swimming pool from the street. I sent an email to the rental company to take a look at the locks and hope they are able to come up with a solution for future guests. Thanks for sharing this property with us! Great memories!

Perfect location and excellent space!

Loved our 8 night stay in this lovely home away from home! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8 adults. The location was ideal and we loved Carousal groceries, so convenient. The easy access to the beach is just what we wanted too. We cooked all meals in due to Covid and just wanted to be together! Loved!
