Welcome to Captain's Quarters PCB!

This Edgewater villa offers the ideal location to experience the perfect beach getaway! Positioned on the gorgeous golf course of the best resort in the area, Edgewater Beach Resort, and mere steps away from direct, close beach access (with a rinse station and private gate to/from the resort for our guests), this two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled beauty is one of the most stunning at the resort. RESORT FEE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING- No extra or surprise additional fees.

The main living space is spacious, comfy, and adorned with the most striking stained shiplap ceiling. There is ample seating, smart TVs, large windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a patio that overlooks the golf course.

Two bedrooms + queen sleeper sofa accommodate eight adult guests comfortably with a maximum occupancy of 9. The max occupancy of 9 would require three persons in one of the beds or an alternate sleeping arrangement such as a air mattress (not provided) or sleeping bag (not provided).The master bedroom offers a smart/Roku TV, king-sized bed, patio access through a sliding glass door, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large inviting shower. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, a Roku TV, and patio access. Guests have their own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen and dining are ready for all meals and snacks you wish to make; all appliances and kitchen gadgets are available to you.

A seasonally heated pool (one of 9 you have access to) is located just steps from our front door, and our guests have use of the private beach access point. This is a keyed gate exclusively for the use of Edgewater guests in our section of the resort. There is a shower rinse station and it's mere steps across the street to Beach Access #42.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old (at least one guest must be 25+), and pets are not allowed. The required Edgewater Beach Resort Registration fee (and parking pass) is included in your booking. No 'surprise' extra fees for registration/parking with this booking. Guests will be asked to submit a credit card for a security deposit of 300.00. This is a security 'hold' that will be dropped upon check-out as long as there is no damage.

We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing stay

Dance and Beach Fun

We booked this unit because we were attending a national dance competition. Two moms and 2 teen girls stayed at the villa. It was spacious and looked very close to the pictures shown. The location was great. We had a short walk to convention center and also a short walk to the beach. Jeanine was excellent to work with and we would book with her again.

Perfect Beach Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about this place is as advertised!! The place was well equipped and beautiful. From the friendly turtles in the pond, the super comfy beds, and the excellent decor. We truly felt at home and on the beach. The resort was so easy to get around especially with the tram rides. Bruce was our favorite tram driver!! The access to the pools, event center, and the ocean was a breeze. The owners were fantastic to book with and we would be more than happy to stay again. 5 Star!!

Absolutely loved staying here!

From the booking process, to the check out process and everything in between; we had nothing but ease. Communication with the owners and everyone on the property was excellent. The location of this property is awesome as well. A short walk to the lagoon pool and beach. There’s a nice little pool right outside the building. Starbucks and bar/grill are right by the lagoon pool. There’s a tram that can pick you up and take you anywhere on the resort. This condo itself was awesome. The interior decor really makes it feel extra special. Pretty updated technology for a condo as we have stayed in many and have seen some pretty outdated ones. If I had any complaints it would be a little bit of dust on the ceiling fans and that’s not even a big deal to us as it can be easily overlooked! But great property, great resort, beautiful ocean, and amazing owners and resort staff! Highly recommend and will be back ourselves! Thanks Jeanine and friends!

Great time at Captains Quarters

The condo is amazing and so are the facilities. Lots of beach and pool days. The big pool and beach are a tram ride away. Then the pool outside the condo is steps from the door. Lots of cool towns near Panama City Beach like Mexico Beach and Seaside.

Absolutely Wonderful Condo!

We can not say enough good things about our stay, not only the condo but the resort as well! The owner provides so much information and is so incredibly helpful. The condo itself exceeded our expectations! You can tell how much thought was put into the decorations and space itself. We loved the atmosphere it creates inside. You will have everything you need in the kitchen, as well as some extra beach stuff left for use. The resort pool is awesome, we loved it. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. The pond outside of the condo has a bunch of turtles that are fun to watch. Overall, we hope we can come back next year and highly recommend!!

Great Villa in the Heart of Panama City Beach

We have been to PCB several times and I can say that this is one of the most well appointed villas/condos in PCB. Very comfortable from all aspects. Villa is located on the 1st floor and we were able to park right outside each day meaning that hauling groceries, bags, etc. was very convenient. There are two options to get to the beach and both are easy. Villa is in top notch condition pertaining to cleanliness/condition of furniture/finish out/etc. and the kitchen has everything you need. We will most definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

First ever family vacation!

This was our first ever family vacation and we had an absolute blast! Check in couldn’t have been any easier - we legit just got our vehicle pass from the security shack. When we walked in, everything was very clean so we were able to get settled right away. Communication at booking, before vacation, and while we were there was really great! There were a lot of emails coming and it felt overwhelming, but Jeanne was patient (and responsive!) when I’d ask questions. We are already looking at dates for next year’s vacation 😀

Highly recommended..

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very beautiful and had everything we needed for our entire stay. The owners were so nice, kept in touch with us the whole time and made this whole process so easy. There were 7 of us who stayed and we all were very comfortable and had plenty of room!
