Family Vacation

Had an amazing family vacation. Overall we were very happy with our experience & stay. No major issues, and our host responded to our questions quickly. The Propery- Everyone over 12 required to wear bracelets at all times-not an issue-except after multiple uses the bracelets are worn and stretched and don’t fasten securely. First day lost 2 and had to pay 50 to replace. After that we just carried them in our bags. Elevators were better than years past. Maybe the property wasn’t full, but the only time we had a long wait was check-in time on a Friday. Our room was as pictured and no big surprises. There were some cleanliness issues-the kitchen table was broken, dirty dishes and dirty silverware in cabinets, some type of vape in a bunk bed, McDonald’s chicken nugget box under the entertainment center-cleaning crew needs to do better. No extra sheets for pull out bed. And the breaker for the stove flipped a couple of times. Cleanliness isn’t the host fault and they responded to our contact over table and stove. Getting our parking passes and bracelets activated was more complicated than it should have been and the property needs to have better processes to do this, but we got through it. We came to have a good time, enjoy the beach and pool, and relax. We got all those things. We would rent this condo again. We would also rent from host again.

The room and view were both beautiful and overall the room was very clean. I would just suggest the carpet being cleaned or replaced. When the baby would crawl around his knees and feet would be black.

Perfect getaway!

The check in process was extremely smooth, and the condo was spotless! So much space in the common areas as well as bedrooms. Definitely in a prime spot! 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to everything! Plus the condo has so many amenities, you can’t go wrong! Definitely book your stay with Canlice!❤️

Beautiful condo with a great view!

The condo had the best view of the ocean and the lake on the opposite side was gorgeous also. It was well decorated and communication with the host was great. In a busy part of town and it gets a little loud at night, but that is expected at PCB. Overall a great week.

Beautiful condo

This was our first time in Panama City Beach so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The location of the condo is perfect, especially if you have kids. We had teenagers and little kids with us. It’s in the middle of everything and right across the street from the beach. There are also multiple pools to choose from. The inside of the condo is beautiful and comfortable- the pictures don’t do it justice. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony. It’s huge and has a lot of seating options and most importantly, faces the ocean. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beautiful stay

The condo is very spacious and clean, we had no issues during our trip however the elevators of the complex were not working the first day and we have to walk up 15 flights of stairs with our luggage. The elevator typically have a long wait and are very crowded however that did not complicit with our stay in the condo.

Great Property, Great Price

We stayed in this unit over the Labor Day holiday weekend. The unit was perfectly suitable for the three couples on this trip. My experience communicating with the property manager was a great one. She provided easy instructions for a stress free check-in and followed up on my questions during my stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Two family beach trip

Nothing but good things to say here. The communication was great, location was great, and room was stocked well and clean. We were there on the week before the 4th of July, and the only complaint I can come up with is the elevators took forever because it was crowded. The pools were never too full, but they were strictly patrolled.

Never coming back

The condo itself is stunning! Breath taking views . But we encountered a few problems. First off the condo was not clean! Sand was everywhere throughput the condo. Bed linens and towels smelled like they had not been washed, there was not enough towels ,face clothes for everyone. And towels smelled as well liked they were not washed. There were no garbage bags in tbe condo at all but after I texted the owner she had tbem bring me some write away. The owner was very nice and responsive and I'm sure she had no idea that the cleaners are not doing their job. I didn't complain about it because I know how hard it is to get good help and I have rentals myself and can sympathize with her on that. But what made me angry was tbe television issue. I told her that tbe cable was out in master bedroom and it ended up being out in all 3 bedrooms. She tried to talk us through it but we had already tried everything she told us to and nothing worked. What made me angry was that if tbe cable people were to come out I would be charged $100.00 I thought that was very unprofessional on her part. Cable being out is not our problem it is hers. But my son in law ended up figuring our tbe problem and he fixed it. But tbe worst part and the reason I will never go back to lake town warf is because tbey do not have adequate elevators to accommodate all the rooms and waiting times were sometimes 45min to an hour. No exaggeration!! I had to walk down 16 flghts of stairs on several occasions. And the staff at resort treats you like your criminals.

Great location & comfortable apartment.

My friends and I spent a weekend in this apartment and found it to be very conveniently located, extremely clean and plenty of room for all of us. Canlice is a fantastic host, provided us with all rental property essentials, and is extremely kind, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice apartment for a reasonable price in the PCB area.
