Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025 - April 2026 SEE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access is currently available at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This condo includes a set of two complimentary beach chairs with umbrella through the beach service which are on the beach March 01 through October 31, 2026.

During the month of March, the City of Panama City Beach does not allow alcohol on the sandy beach and restricts access to the beach from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas.

YOUR CAR PASS WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE (KEYLESS ENTRY) AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. THIS NOTIFICATION IS SENT TO THE PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO BOOK THE RESERVATION AND NOT THROUGH VRBO.

This beautiful GULF FRONT 1-bedroom condo is the perfect getaway for two. The condo has never been in the rental program and has all new furniture, bedding, mattress, towels and linens. The kitchen and bath have granite counter tops. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless appliances. The bath has an upgraded tub/shower combination.

This condo is beautifully decorated with tasteful coastal décor. The views are stunning from the 10th floor. The condo is adjacent to the Lagoon Pool.

The Living area and bedroom of our condo are located gulf-side, a feature unique to Long Beach Resort, making it undisputedly the best floor plan on the beach. Add great location and an incredible list of amenities, and without a doubt Long Beach Resort is the ultimate vacation choice for your family.

Wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas and bedroom provide breath-taking views of sugar white beaches and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This gorgeous condo is located on the 10th floor in Tower 3 and sleeps 2

The décor is luxurious and comfortable. The living room has a contemporary sofa, coffee table, end tables, and an entertainment center SMART TV. Don’t forget to bring your computer as our unit has free wireless internet.

The bedroom and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony. The primary suite has floor to ceiling windows and flat screen TV.

There is a king-sized bed in the primary suite. The primary suite has brand new furniture, mattresses and box spring. Luxurious and beautifully decorated to give you the ultimate beach vacation! This condo sleeps two in the king sized bed. There is no sleeper sofa accommodations in the condo.

Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds await your arrival. The 6800-square-foot lagoon pool features waterfalls and a palm tree island that creates a Caribbean atmosphere. In addition, there are two seasonally heated Polynesian pools and three whirlpool spas. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool. A beach rental service provides on-site availability for Jet Ski, para-sailing, beach chair and umbrella rental services.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and luggage carts adjacent to the mail box area in the lobby..

Our Condo is managed by Barefoot Beach Rentals. They are here to handle your last minute booking. Our condo is professionally cleaned and superbly maintained. Just let BAREFOOT BEACH RENTALS know your needs and they will be happy to provide you with additional information.

Check-in to the cleanliness you expect, unpack, relax, and 'Go Barefoot' on the beach.

This is a NON SMOKING unit, pets are NOT allowed, and renters must be 25 years of age or older. CHECK IN IS 4:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME AND CHECK OUT IS 9:00 A.M. CENTRAL TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to have a quick getaway. Very clean and well decorated. The living room is very spacious, and the kitchen has the basic cooking untensils to prepare meals. The bedroom was everything I wanted with lots of space. A huge comfortable bed wasn't too hard or soft. The bathroom was really nice, too, with a big garden tub. The balcony is very spacious and private with a gorgeous view. The resort is amazing. We've stayed here multiple times in other units, and the property is always wonderful! The big pool is beautiful and relaxing with its on tiki bar! Everything you need is so close by. We are happy we stayed in this condo and would definitely stay again in the future.

On arrival,there was construction going,that we weren’t told,no handicaps spaces and I am disabled,once we entered the house,we liked the decor but we couldn’t open the blinds all the way and they messing a lot the inserts,the bathroom tub needs some grouting and the shower head had water shooting everywhere and the towels smelled like smoke and Dengy ,we had to wash them first,the bed was comfortable though,furniture was dusty,for the price we paid it should have been a little better

Condo was just ok. Floors were dirty under the dresser in the bedroom, under/behind the bed, and a hairball fell out of the dryer when I opened it for the first time. The shower head leaks bad and the spout is loose. Could use another dishwasher pod or a splash of Dawn since you have to run the dishwasher when you check out. However, condo smelled good and had amazing views from the large balcony. One of the elevators didn't work but thats beyond Maureens control. We had issues with the beach chairs. Was double booked once, so we had to pack up our stuff and move. Then was told there weren't chairs available and hoped to get front row at least once but never did. Lots of construction and listened to a jackhammer for hours while waiting on rain to pass. The condo is cute and again the balcony is amazing, beaches aren't crowded and I felt safe staying just my daughter and I.

This was our 1st stay at this resort & we were pleased with the lay out of the resort, the ease of beach access, & the size of the condo. Only thing I would change about the listing is adding that the coffee maker is a keurig. We had to buy k-cups, which wasnt a big deal. We would book again!

Condo was overall nice. My only concerns were the cleanliness.....floors not swept and very dusty wall sconces. Also the tub/shower combo was difficult getting into due to its height and the over the fiberglass tilework was cracked on the walls and rough where the grout met the tub opening....a bad combination.

All of the elevators worked!!!! We never waited more than a minute for an elevator. The facility is well kept. The condo exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!!!!

The condo was just like the pictures online. Very nice! The lighting in the bathroom could've been better. Two light bulbs were out. Other than that my boyfriend and I had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay again.

So upset

We have been staying in PCB for over 20 years and never had experience like this. Condo had very limited kitchen items and was very minimal. Continuous whistling sound from the door that was loud enough to be bothersome and make it hard to sleep. Gate code to beach access was incorrect and not corrected when I called to ask. When I called with a question and faced a very rude reply. Was told it was “not his job” and he had to “put pants on to come and help”. Was very rude at the door and told me it wasn’t his job but I stated that it was the number on the welcome letter to call with questions or concerns. He made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him and it was wrong for me to call with a need. Sadly I will no longer use this Vrbo or management company again.

Nice condo

Very nice for 2 people. Had everything you could need. Especially like that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella came with the condo. Only issue we had was a few of the lights had burned out bulbs and couldn't figure out all the light switches. Called and the maintenance guy came over. Altho, he was going to address the issues after we checked out.

Received check in information 1hr after check in. Security tried contacting Maureen Nieland (Host), without any luck. I was starting to feel scammed. Contacted a Vrbo Representative, they contacted her. The representative said that he didn't see anything with the information either. She began yelling acting very GHETTO and unprofessional. Vrbo Representative kept apologizing for her (which was not his place)!! Never once checked back in to make sure that we got in ok. I will NEVER stay at any of her properties again. Treatment was unprofessional and not called for. But the property was nice. Misleading pictures!! The wooden doors are not up as pictured.
