Enjoy this ground floor villa at this sought-after full-service resort that sits right across the street from the Florida shores, with direct beach access via the tram service/pass-over bridge. Relax in a seasonally heated pool 16 steps away from your door. Once you're ready for more, you can take a quick walk or you are steps away to a free tram to acres of beachfront, restaurant w bar, huge lagoon pool, kids' splash park and hot tubs.

There are many restaurants within walking distance, or you may enjoy our fully stocked kitchen. A beach wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

Great re

Resort on lower level. Tram transportation available. The resort was clean and the host provided beach chairs and wagon. The host responded promptly with any questions. My kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. We would stay there again.

Great Location!

This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family of 4. We utilized the provided Murphy bed, as well as the two queen beds so our 2 kids could have their own beds while we were in PCB for a dance competition. The condo is located on the 1st floor very close to the pool and the tram stop. The walk to the event center was short and easy. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The owner helped us purchase a second parking pass with no issues. We would stay here again!

It was very clean and cozy and it really feels like a vacation. The house has everything I needed. The people who rented was very nice to me. And is close to the beach perfect location.

Needs better upkeep

Our stay at this VRBO had both positives and negatives. On the upside, the property is in a quiet, older neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat. The owners were responsive and helpful when we reached out, and the home had great amenities that added to our comfort.However, there were some major downsides. Upon arrival, the keypad was dead which made checking in a longer process than necessary. Boring to us that this property was not maintained in a while. The cleanliness was disappointing. there was visible pee left on the toilet, hair on the counters, and a dirty shower liner, making it seem like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while (would add the pics I took if possible). Additionally, there was an ant infestation, and although we reported it, pest control wasn’t able to come until after our stay. Another frustrating issue was that we were required to take the trash out but were never given directions on where the dumpster was located. Which resulted in us having to ask nearby guests.Overall, while the location and amenities were nice, the lack of cleanliness and the pest problem made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. With better upkeep and clearer communication, this rental could be much better.

Fantastic~

The tram was a life saver. The location was quiet and well appointed. the pool was right outside. Beach chairs, canapy, umbrella, so awesome to provide! Beds were comfortable. Hosts were amazing! I would stay here again!

Summer getaway

It was me and my 2 kids. I was nervous about the room being across the street but it wasn’t a problem at all. You call for the tram when you’re ready to go to the beach, and vice versa. The condo was the perfect size for us, with room to spare. The owners were amazing and immediately answered any questions I had leading up the trip and while we were there. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing spring break!

We loved staying here! The beach is further than we thought, but it’s not a bad walk over the bridge and you have easy access from the resort. The pool is super nice! There’s also a smaller heated pool right outside the door, which we used on one of the cloudier days. Overall, an amazing vacation and would visit again!

Perfect place for vacation

Very clean and was exactly as described. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We arrived late in evening and had no problem getting in and beds were comfortable. Joyce was very nice and responded very quickly to my questions. I will be recommending to friends and family.

A great getaway.

Condo is as pictured. Decorated cute, very clean and inviting, The trans service was convenient getting to the lagoon pool and the beach. Plenty of towels and nice that they provided beach amenities. Location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and the bowling alley and roller rink. Which we didn't do, but nice for families. The Milby’s are excellent hosts. Would absolutely return.

Better and better every day!

Our Hosts were fantastic—terrific and timely communication throughout (and I was a super high-maintenance guest). First time to PCB, so although we had an idea of what the resort layout would be, it was of course different than we had imagined…further away from the beach than we thought. But with every day we spent there, we appreciated this rental more & more. Comfortable, safe & quiet, exactly what we needed. Had it been right on the beach, we wouldn’t have liked it. The main drag is busy & noisy, which was not what we wanted. Discovered that we could make the super short drive to the beach and park in the lots of the towers which were part of the resort right by the beach access path, which made our beach days super easy. The Hosts provided a beach cabana & chairs too, which we thought was super generous, but we didn’t want to lug all that with us every day. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could rent chairs & an umbrella right at the beach, and the staff set it all up for us in the spot we wanted…perfect! The resort’s lagoon pool at the beach was fantastic, and the Oceans restaurant right next to the pool was a great respite from the afternoon rain showers. The resort offers drink service at the lagoon pool, which we loved. The small pool right by our unit was a nice bonus too. Spent mornings chilling out with coffee and a book on the back patio. Loved the privacy and the lush scenery. Now that we’ve been to PCB and have a better understanding of the way the town is laid out, we would definitely choose to stay at this place again. Thank you Joyce & Tim!!!

Convenient, Quiet, Great Pool, Great Property Owner

We had a great time! The property owner (Joyce) was VERY prompt on replying to my test messages. When we arrived the code for the front door was not working, I texted and got a reply within two minutes with a new code that worked. Condo was clean and had a great location. Edgewater has a great pool and tram service that we used a handful of times. We also would drive our van over to the pool sometimes since we have 3 kids and a ton of beach items to haul. Seaweed was bad for a few days but we enjoyed the pool more anyways. Get to the pool early if you want a FREE umbrella. My husband even left his wallet at the condo. Joyce contacted us right away and mailed his wallet back to us. We already gave feedback regarding some small issues....but overall would stay here again. We even looked at Villas for sale at Edgewater because we liked the place so much.

Perfect Vacation!

Tim and Joyce are amazing and their condo is beautiful! The extras they leave for guests make it that much better. Not having to travel with our wagon and chairs made this trip a breeze, plus finding the boogie boards for the kids made it a special surprise. They LOVED every second of our trip, including the pool 10 feet from the front door. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place!

The property was great! The owners were so accommodating and available when we needed them. There’s a pool right outside the villa that we utilized a lot. It was open til midnight so the kiddos spent a lot of time there. The main pool is beautiful and close to the beach so we spent a lot of time there too. The kitchen is fully stocked with things you’d need to make meals at the villa and all the beach items they had available made it easier for us since we didn’t have to pack all those items. There’s a big beach wagon, beach towels, and a canopy tent. There’s even a pack n play for infants :). The golf carts (tram) that comes around makes it easy to get to the beach and all of the drivers were super friendly. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay again!

Convenient and Private

We enjoyed our stay (3 adults/ 1 teen/ 1 child). We brought in groceries and limited our eating out some and It had all the amenities we needed to do so. It was also near all the places you wanted to check out but secure and nestled semi priivatel within the gated resort. There was a small designated pool for each section of villas. They each had their own to prevent overcrowding and as a bonus they were open until midnight. Golf cart transportation was provided by the resort. It ran shuttles constantly across the small bridge to the other side to the main pool and beach. They also had nightly activities at the main pool/ bar/ restaurant as well. The host can provide you that which they were great about. I plan on returning at some point and this will be my spot again for sure.

Best Trip Ever

This was our first beach trip as a family with our 8 month year old baby girl! The owners made sure we had everything we needed in condo to go to the pool, beach, and as well as to be able to cook. She communicated well with us since we booked which I never experienced before but I loved it. She ordered a playpen for baby girl so she works have an area to play. We will make this our family trip yearly and will definitely be staying here again. To the owners…thanks for making our second home away actually feel like our home

Edgewater Resort

Had a great time even though it rained the whole 3 days. This condo is in a great location. The pool is right out the front door like 5 steps and is close to everything! We rented a car from Enterprise which is in the shopping center across the street from Edgewater..The pond is lovely to look at and see turtles and watch squirrels play and birds fly back and forth. The resort is very clean and the grounds are all well taken care of. Beautiful flowering trees and greenery everywhere you look. Quiet location nice patio with chairs and we had a little lizard visit us while sitting out there. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Joyce was easy to get hold of and was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Visit the Bayou restaurant for some great shrimp!

Perfect Beach Getaway
