«The room was big and clean. It was cleaned everyday and it always felt fresh. The people working there are polite and smiling 🙂 What makes me give 4 stars instead of 5 are the small things. There was a pool bar, but there were almost never anyone around. The matresses by the pool was a bit moldy. The breakfastwas ok, nothing to write home about. Boring coffee. The woman working at the egg station was really nice 🙂»

«The hotel and staff were excellent! I totally appreciated the Moroccan influences in the hotel details (lighting fixtures, the bathroom mirror frame, the sink, etc.). Gave it a really nice ambiance! Check-in and check-out were very simple. The location was great and very close to all the great dining, museums, and more of the Casco area!»

«The location was great, amenities were limited but not exactly needed since the location was so good.Definitely one or two people. The stairs were very tricky to scale especially in the late nights or early mornings, so a word of caution.The most disappointing part of the stay was the a/c. With the heat and level of humidity , it didn’t make the stay as comfortable as we were hoping for.»

"This is a 10/10 hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. The bell boys/girls and staff by the entrance really made our stay!! Super helpful, always offering to help and welcoming. Breakfast was good, but we did run into some issues with lunch at the restaurant. We (the kids in particular) were bummed that the pool was closed for private events 3 days out of the 6 nights we spent there…"
