Lovely hotel with spectacular views over the river. Room was comfy and the service by the staff was excellent. Only criticism is seeing the pet rabbits not well looked after.

I had requested a late check in (after midnight) and check out weeks in advance but was denied this request when I arrived at the property. They staff even called the room to ask us to leave at 11am. So I basically paid full price for staying in the room for 10hrs! I will never book at this location again.

What was amazing about our stay was even though due to some issue in the system the rooms allotted to us were wrong - Sahil and his team made an effort to not only fix the problem but make our stay so comfortable. The rooms are great and the pool was beautiful. Will go there again!

Convenient stay near Panjim
It is a good hotel with great views of the Mandovi river. It makes for a convenient stay close to Panjim. The views are worth the stay. I found the bathroom a bit smaller than I expected. I prefer more spacious bathrooms. The food could do with a bit of improvement, especially the croissants and baked pastries at the breakfast spread.

Lovely Stay.
The Stay was exquisite. Loved it very much Nd would highly recommend it to others. The staff was courteous, helpful, and as a Jain couple they made us feel special by cooking a lovely meal for us. Scenic property by the river mandovi
Amazing beautiful property on the coast of mandovi river. Really warm hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Great variety and spread at the complementary breakfast each morning. I proposed my girlfriend at the venue and great team members like Kiran, Rahul and Abhinash really helped me a lot to pull it off.

Modern decor but badly maintained. The counters were stained and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable with some sand left uncleaned from the previous guests. Staff was very kind and friendly but service in the outdoors bar Feliz was slow. Hotel transportation was expensive (~2-3x cost of a normal taxi) and taxis are not allowed in (only a short walk from the entrance). I would only stay there under different management.

Friendly staff, excellent view, moldy aftertaste
I stayed here in November of 2019, it's now February 2020 and my belongings still smell of mold. The hotel looks great, good location and amazing staff. But as soon as I stepped out of the elevator on my floor with a river view I could smell the mold. In my jetlagged mind I didn't think much of it. I just wanted a bed. My dreams brought me back to my grandparents moldy basement, a nice reminder of great people. The staff is also great, very friendly and tend to your every need. Tough you can't get a decent cocktail here. Food in the restaurant is all you can ask for. A mix of international and local cuisine. It's a great place to touch down in India, which can often be overwhelming. But here you can ease into it. I did enjoy my stay here, but I'm still, 4 months later, left with a moldy smell of my belongings as the primary impact.

Beautiful property in serene location. Staff is just wonderful there, everyone was super helpful. We had to check in early and they were able to accommodate fairly quickly. Food was delicious as well. Would love to go back to this location again next time.
