Tiki House is a very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience all that Alligator Point has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the guest storeroom underneath, where you'll also find the half-bath and a charcoal grill for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, plenty of eating and cooking utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric unit. The 24" oven and microwave are built into the wall nearby. Check further for more kitchen details on the amenities page. Please note, this house has two security cameras that monitor the driveway/front steps and the back steps. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 72 hours after checkout.

No parties. Property capacity is 8 only. Be mindful of 10:30pm noise ordinance. Violators will be asked to vacate and will lose all refundable monies.
DO NOT take furniture from inside or outside to the beach! No gear to be left on beach overnight. Chairs for guest use in storeroom. Rinse after use.

We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!

Great location and it was clean! Enjoyed the screen porch in the evenings. Fishing wasn’t that great this week but the pups sure did enjoy it! The host was a pleasure to work with and he went out of his way to accommodate us for our trip. Thank you again, Russ! :-)

When we first pulled up to the house, we were overwhelmed with the location. The pictures do not truly convey the beauty of the location. It appears in the photos on Verbo that the beach is a bit of a walk. Yet you walk out the back and your 30 paces away!!! Pure serenity. The area this time of year, beginning of Oct, is quite deserted. The beach was quiet and we only saw three couples on the beach our entire stay. Pet friendly is an understatement. The few people we met all had dogs and they all played and body surfed the gulf. I’m talking about the dogs still. Lol. The sunrises were beautiful and at night because there are no street lights or house lights left on due to the nature preserve, you could see every star ever created in the sky. The house is very well kept. Large wood cabinets, rustic leather couches, our king size bed was super comfortable and tv’s in every room and the back porch. That being said, if your going there to watch TV your missing all the beauty of the area. The peace. The quiet. Your a minimum of 40 mins away in any direction from a large town, but there’s a great restaurant, Angelo’s , which was amazing about 5 mins down the road. The house was immaculate and plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, dishes, ect for a full family or more. Great appliances, coffee maker, pots, pans, micro, oven, stove, bbq ect. The host responded almost immediately to any questions I had, and was quiet caring and informing with our stay. This place is a must do.

Overall, the house was great. The host was very accommodating when we had asked to check in early however we were unable to use the dishwasher due to the dishwasher having black mold in it. Make sure you bring bug spray because the biting flies are crazy. Be aware the water is always murky, not very inviting to swim in.

My family and I had a great time here. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We brought our dogs and we all enjoyed the beach right off the back porch. The location is really nice and quiet and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises everyday. The host was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Loved that the beach was right there!!! Loved that there was very few people around, our private beach. Great place to stay for the week. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Our stay at Tiki House was just perfect! The house is well equipped with everything you need: plenty of towels/washcloths, extra bedding/blankets, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and several beach chairs and sand toys. The locals take pride in ensuring the beach is safe for all wildlife, so the beach is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and sting rays! Oh and there were SO many seashells to collect! We shore fished and caught a few catfish. We also went crabbing and fishing at the nearby state park. The fishing pier there was so nice and well maintained. Having the beach right outside your back door is so nice when you have littles in tow. The outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom were so convenient. We brought our own umbrella and tent, so I’m not sure if there any in the storage room. They did have plenty of charcoal and the grill was nice and clean. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We will return!

You cannot get any closer to the water!

Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The outdoor living area was our favorite part and the seating area under the house is practically on the beach with an incredible view. The beach head bathroom is very convenient too. Our ONLY suggestion would be improved cookware and everyday drinkware in the kitchen.Our kids enjoyed the vast selection of DVD's as well as the game table. The sunsets here are stellar! We found a few great shells as well as tons of sea glass. We would definitely consider staying at Tiki House in the future. Oh, and definitely check out the night sky. You will not be disappointed!

Quiet, clean beach stay

We loved this house at alligator point! The deck with the covered seating area felt like an additional room and it was really nice to be right on the water. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets! Hosts were very accommodating.

Alligator Point

Location was perfect. New cookware a few extras in the spice cabinet. Great coffee pot. Plenty of room for us and our adult son. It has a cute loft if you had small ones. They would think they had a club house of their own It has a bathroom on the lower level if you are on the beach and need to go.

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The beach was quiet but the water was dirty. I do wish the screened in porch was completely closed in but otherwise no complaints. Easy drive to Panacea for restock of supplies and food. We stopped at Crawfordsville for our initial supplies on the way down. Nice little marina and restaurant 5 minutes away.
