Welcome to SEAcluded Paradise. Tucked away on Florida's Forgotten Coast you'll find this one of a kind escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place where Dolphins frequent the shallow coastline and Eagles stop in for a morning fish.

45 steps in one direction leads you to miles of undisturbed white sand beach perfect for collecting shells, beachcombing or just getting away from it all. Less than a mile in the other direction you will find the 4,000+ Acre Nature Preserve - Bald Point State Park. With Lakes, Ponds, trails and rivers there are few places like it on earth.

SEAcluded Paradise is an elevated home located about 40 steps from the shores of Florida’s Forgotten Coast. On the ground floor you will find a spacious storage room dedicated to having fun at the beach! You’ll have access to this room during your stay and are welcome to use anything inside(beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys, etc). If you happen to bring some beach toys you don’t want to lug home, you are welcome to leave them if they are in good condition.

Up the stairs you are welcomed by a large screened porch with an ocean view and plenty of high end seating. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table along with fans to help keep you cool. There is a Smart Lock on the front door that will open with your unique code.

Walking through the front door you are greeted by the Open Concept and newly updated Kitchen and dining space. A kitchen island with seating is great for making meals or memories just the same. New high end granite countertops brighten up the space and are accented by the custom backsplash. A large dining table with seating for 8 is perfect for gathering after a long day at the beach. The Dining room flows directly into the living room with a brand new 65” 4k Smart TV perched above an Electric Fireplace which is perfect for those movie nights.
When you’re tired from all that beach time, 4 of the homes 5 Bedrooms come with an ocean view!

Bedroom 1 = Just off the kitchen you’ll find the 1st Ensuite Bedroom with a King Bed. You’ll also have your own 55” Smart TV. While there is a private deck off this bedroom, the harsh Florida weather hasn’t been kind to it and it isn’t safe for use so you will not have access to it. You will however have your own private bathroom with Shower and Soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 = Down the hall you’ll find another Ensuite Bedroom with a Queen Bed, private bathroom and shower. This room also has a 42” Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 = The Disney room is a huge hit with Kids! 2 Full Beds, their own 55” Smart TV and tons of Stuffed Animals are always a hit with the kiddos.

Bedroom 4 = The Anchor Room with a Queen Bed and 42” Roku Smart TV

Bedroom 5= The Captains Quarters is spacious with a large King Bed and is the only Bedroom without a Tv.
A recently updated Laundry Room with new Samsung Appliances, completes the home and is great for freshening up your clothes on those longer stays

Very nice home. The view from the screened in porch was spectacular for sunrises every morning and lounging throughout the day. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. We had the beach all to ourselves. The hosts were great with communication. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Everything was great , we’ve never stayed where we had extra towels, beach towels , dog towels, a container with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash , extra spices ect. All beds were very comfortable even the kids Mickey Mouse room was great !Thank you for making our stay stress free!!

Enjoyed the beach house! Pictures look just like the actual house! Didn’t get in the water. Had plenty of stuff for the beach! Beds were comfortable. Loved the kitchen! The only problem was the grass, it wasn’t cut. I asked and the owner said they have a scheduled person who cuts grass. We did have kids and they couldn’t play like they wanted to in the yard. 1400, somebody should’ve came and cut the grass before the guest came. But overall a great mini vacation. We loved the screen in porch too!!

Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need, including rice cooker.Kitchen was nice and large. Plenty of seating for a big group.The outside storage area has all your beach needs.Plenty of towels with an extra large washer and dryer.The screened in porch was really nice. The seashells I felt were a nice touch.The ocean is a short two min walk, which I felt was shorter than a beach front condo in PBC.The owners did great with communication. At one point I didn’t see a message for a day or two because we were enjoying the house.Rooms looked as pictured. Just for clarification, the bathroom with the soaker tub is in one of the master bedroom as an en-suite.

It was a quiet and relaxing stay. Everyone really enjoyed the week. The first evening we were there we were able to watch a dolphin swim close to the shore. Even charging the shore at times to push the fish that way. It was really neat to watch. The sunrises and moonrises were also great. We didn't see more than a few people on the beach. The last day we were there it looked like some other families arrived in the houses nearby, but I imagine it would still be pretty quiet even with them there. We will plan to come back and stay here again.

The house is amazing. The views are terrific. The screened in porch was the favorite hangout for everyone. It is in a secluded area so it is a drive to get to anything so be prepared for that, but the house had everything we needed.The only problem we had was not being able to run the A/C as low as we would have liked. No lower than 70 but we are very hot nature so it would probably be fine for most people.

What a wonderful place! Had everything we needed for our group of eight. Plenty of furniture, dishes, etc. Great view of the Gulf from the screened porch. We are already thinking about our trip back next year.Also, for every question I had the host responded quickly.

Private Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We had six adults and six kids in the house and had plenty of space. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The Gulf Speciman Marine Lab is a must see in the area. We did a private tour and would highly recommend it.

The house was perfect, with plenty of towels, and a well equipped kitchen, and a very nice screened in porch to eat all meals, and a view of the water on a quiet street. There is not a thing I would change about this house!

The R&R we needed!

We stayed two nights and it was truly relaxing! Being right on the beach was beautiful and esp helpful with little kids. We saw stars at night(!) and the sunrise by day....unforgettable! The porch was a breezy haven for conversation and games. I'm already ready to go back! : )

All you need and more

We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights). The house offers everything you need. It is a very quiet area and you only have a few neighbors around you. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really explore the area.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of four stayed with both sets of grandparents for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We had plenty of room and our 12-year-old son had a blast catching (and releasing) crabs at night. The description is very accurate, it is very secluded and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. But be sure to plan ahead and bring everything you need because your closest shopping option is the Dollar General in Panacea which is about a 20-minute drive. We made two trips while there and they had a great selection - I just wish I had planned a little better. The house was very clean, couches and beds were comfy and Nick was very responsive whenever I had questions. We found tons of really cool shells on the beach and enjoyed the view from the screened porch. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Rest and reset paradise

This was our families first trip to this part of Florida. Living in Tampa for years, we are Clearwater snobs lol but we heard this place ,although technically on a bay, was nice and peaceful. That is truly was. There was no one around except what appear to be full time neighbors. They were nice and kept to themselves. Sitting on the porch listening to the waves roll in... incredible. Pros: the house was spotless, roomy and the view from the porch is remarkable. The host was informative and made this trip seemless. The area is quiet and peaceful. Now with that side some things I'd like other first time visitors to know that we did not. Cons: You're in the middle of nowhere. Civilization such as a walmart, or something other that gas station food, is an over 30 minute drive. The water is ankle MAYBE knee deep for YARDS out. This location is not ideal for swimming. More fishing type vibes. Lots of crabs and trying to cath them was a blastlol Overall, this place is amazing. I would stay here again to rest and reset!
