Amazing hotel in the wonderful Palo Alto
This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have spent quite some time in hotels over the years. Super friendly staff, very comfortable rooms with a relaxing feel to them and great location with walking distance all the best restaurants, bars etc. The bar in the hotel is also great and the burger we had there was top notch! The elevator stopped working for a few hours and we received a letter of apology and coupon for a free drink. Great service! To top it all, we had an amazing breakfast served to our room. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with Japanese influences. Zen like feeling in the room, bright and cheery. Rooms however need more mirrors!

Nobu is a truly lovely hotel. We Particularly loved the Zen Garden, and of course the fabulous restaurant. Our only difficulty was with understanding the lighting and blinds system in our room, which was a bit complicated.

インテリアがとても良かったが夜音楽の騒音がひどかった。水圧が弱くシャワーに苦労した。ベッドサイドにUSBでの携帯充電4箇所あるがコンセントが少なく故障していた。唯一最大の長所はロケーションが良いところ。治安も良くレストランが周囲にたくさんある。

The hotel is new .. but definitely overpriced.. and it’s not 5 stars at all .. they have a huge problem at the door and with Vale .. welcoming clients at the door is the worse, we were asking the vale guy as he was the only person at the door to help with the bags and imagine .. he answered it’s not my business ..

No laundry service. Very slow food (50 minutes to an hour) from ordering food to getting served - breakfast & lunch.

Modern luxury with great decor
Upscale, clean, comfortable. Bed was great, but bed pillows were not firm enough. On the 3rd floor closer to street was somewhat a little noisy from workers very early at 5:30 am. But overall a great stay!

I was disappointed for staying NOBU HOTEL.when I checked in ,the front desk don't according the hotels deposit usd150/night,she taken the USD300/night,i booked 2 rms, tally USD600/NIGHT. after I check out, the front dest account wrong the deposit number return them, and don't know when my deposit will be return?so it's unhappy experience

The hotel is nice but waaayy overpriced for what it is. I’ve stayed at “luxury” hotels for half the price around the Bay Area and this one was no different from the others. The room is nice with decent amenities, but there’s no ice machine/water fountain in the hallway and just overall is nothing impressive. I thought the restaurant would be amazing but was completely unimpressed and found it to also not justify the price, either. Overall would not recommend staying here because once again, there’s nothing really wrong with this hotel but it’s just way too expensive.
