«Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. This little black duck was not going to give in on that one, so I dug in and insisted that the orig. contract was fulfilled. «The place itself was beautiful, but my friend asked if he could bring a girl over, they didnt tell him that taking her to the hotel room is not allowed, they have to stay at the pool. He took her to the room, hotell staff got very mad and one of them were about to call the police, other hotel staff had to calm him down. Imagine if my friend had ended up in jail due to misunderstanding. After this incident that particular hotel staff got rude and mad, when he passed us he spoke in arabic (i ...

«We had a fantastic stay! The whole team made us really relax and wind down. Quality thoughout. We tried some of the «better restaurants» in City, but also the kitchen impressed us - which made us stay at the Palais more than planned. Looking forward to coming back! Thank you »
