Nice hotel with modern and clean rooms, located in a quiet area. However, the hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Marrakech. The food was decent and certainly edible, but it was not particularly memorable.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the city center during your stay, which is a positive. However, it is disappointing that this service is not available upon arrival or departure. In those cases, you need to book a taxi, which costs around 100 MAD to get into the city.
Check-in went smoothly, but it did not feel entirely professional or in line with what one would expect from a resort. Having stayed at several resorts before, I also feel that this hotel does not live up to a typical resort experience. A major downside is that the hotel did not answer the phone, either before or during our stay, despite several attempts to contact them.
When the shuttle service cannot be used upon arrival and departure, good communication becomes even more important. This is particularly challenging in Marrakech, where taxi services are not always reliable. I also did not find the staff especially helpful or service-minded.
I stayed here using points and therefore did not pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all-inclusive resort experience. I will not stay here again based on the level of service I experienced."
