It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. «What a wonderful vacation! I stayed in early February 2026 on a mother-son getaway. We stayed in one of the spa suites and enjoyed the animals and the birds in the tree off our deck. I just can’t say enough great things about this place: the views (incredible sunsets), the food, Happy Hour cocktails, the pool, the friendly and attentive staff (shout out to Francisco, José, Roxy and Noelia). «From the pool to the restaurant to the rooms, everywhere has a stunning view! You can wander the paths to the wetlands and see so many species of birds! But, I’ve also seen coati, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, a staghorn beetle, iguanas, and loads of tropical flowers and butterflies! You really doing have to go anywhere to see so much! «We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. »

«Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. «Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. «Vi hadde seks supre døgn på hotellet. Flott bassengområde og veldig hyggelige, og behjelpelige, ansatte. God mat i restauranten, vi fikk prøvd både frokost, lunsj og middag. Hotellet ligger perfekt til for å få med seg mange fuglearter i området. Vi reiser veldig gjerne tilbake.»
