Indoors, you`ll find a great open-concept featuring a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops, a full suite of all new stainless-steel appliances, island top bar, and chic mid-century modern dining area.

Prepare your favorite dishes in this beautifully designed kitchen and dine inside or al fresco!

The main area’s inviting open floor plan is designed to be your perfect lounging and entertaining space.

Enjoy the 65` smart flat-screen TV with all the streaming services your entertainer`s heart could desire.
This relaxing getaway boasts four well-appointed rooms and sleeps up to eight guests. Each light-filled bedroom includes comfortable beds and quality linens.

The two primary suites each boast a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

The two remaining bedrooms have a comfy queen and 2 twin beds and access to a stylish guest bathroom with shower.

Pool heat: $75/day (for the entire stay) and pet fee $150/ stay.
Please ask for the pool heat at least 72h before your arrival. We will request payment and start the heater before your arrival.

Guests will be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement.

Any guest receiving a noise complaint or other complaint for violation of the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance will subject to immediate eviction and no refunds will be given.

Minimum Rental Age is 25 and guest must be present with ID ahead of time for a file copy and also to get access to the residence.

Guests must not exceed the stated capacity for the property (8 people max). Any property found to be over capacity will subject guests to immediate eviction and no refunds will be given.

This is a non-smoking residence. Uninvited pets will cause us to ask you to leave the property and no refunds will be issued.
