SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

Upon booking our home for your vacation, we will ask you to sign a rental agreement. This is mandated by the City of Palm Springs. Please read here after the terms of the rental agreement:

1. Check-In and Check-Out: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Host, check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

2. Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed on the Property. Neither inside the house, nor in the backyard.

3. Pets: Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs, 25 lbs or under. We charge an additional $75 cleaning fee (per stay) for dogs.

4. Parking: The Property is permitted by the City of Palm Springs for a maximum of 5 cars. Renter will ensure that their group does not exceed this limit. Free street parking is available, as well as the space in front of the garage which fits 2 cars.

5. Maximum Occupancy: The Property is permitted by the City of Palm Springs for an occupancy of 10 guests maximum. Renter will ensure that their group does not exceed this limit.

6. Noise and Disturbance: Renter and their group will respect the neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime. Noise outside is not allowed after 10PM. Excessive noise and loud parties are not allowed on the premises. Music and sound devices are not allowed outdoor in Palm Springs at any time of day.

7. Damages and Breakages: Renter is responsible for any damage or breakages caused during their stay. Please report any issues or accidents to the Host immediately.

8. Safety and Security: Renter and their group will lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Renter and their group will take care of their personal belongings and valuables. The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

9. Respect for Property: Renter and their group will treat the Property and its contents with respect. Renter and their group will not move or rearrange furniture without prior consent from the host. Renter and their group will not move indoor furniture to the backyard.

10. Commercial photography or filming: We charge an additional fee for commercial filming and/or photography. Please contact us ahead of your stay to get our authorization and fees.

The entire property has high ceilings. There are 5 licensed bedrooms with closets, windows, and ceiling fans. They have been designed by a leading designer from 5-star hotel business.
The 6 beds easily sleep 10 people.

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
1 king size bed. Spacious room opening to the back yard and spa. Huge full bathroom with walk-in closet and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2
1 king size bed, big closet, nice design with huge abstract pictures, night stands and lamps, sharing a full bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3
1 king size bed with big closet, night stands and lamps, sharing a full bathroom with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4
2 full size beds with big closet, 2 windows, night stands and lamps.

Bedroom 5
1 queen size bed with big closet and window, night stands and lamps.

Game room
has a separate AC mini split unit, pool table, ice hockey table for kids, board games, and a big sofa with convertible bed.

Pool/Spa
The Spa can be heated upon guest’s request. We charge 50 usd for 4 hours.
The pool can be heated upon guest’s request. We charge 100 usd per day. The pool takes about 8 hours to heat up during winter, so let us know in advance if you want to have it ready at a certain time.
